Afgelopen dagen verbleven wij in het Matterhorn golf hotel in Randa. Wij hebben erg genoten van de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren en hun personeel. Elke ochtend stond er een prima ontbijt klaar met zeer lekkere koffie. Het driegangenmenu was van uitmuntende kwaliteit en ook op bijzondere wijze geserveerd. De kamer was voorzien van goede bedden en een fijne badkamer. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend. Gr. Dennis en Saskia Roeleveld

I booked this thinking it was a nice hotel from the reviews I had read. My experience was horrible, it is not cheap to stay there and the room was very basic with brown sheets on the bed which had a couple of holes in them. The owner is a very rude man who does not speak nicely to his guests considering you are the one paying to stay in his “hotel”. He rants and raves at you if you so much as ask if they could ring a taxi for you, he even followed me outside shouting his head off when I did this. No doubt he will send a nasty reply back for this review which just goes to show what sort of person he is and how unprofessional he is.

A fun family owned and operated property where you are treated like family. Breakfast is basic and straightforward however the dinners are home cooked by the owners and are excellent. No menu but different every night. Ten minute walk to Randa train station.

Nos gustó la propiedad; muy buena localización. El dueño hizo hasta lo imposible para ayudarnos en todo. Es una persona que si sabes tratarlo bien, él te va a responder de igual manera. Mejor no se pudo portar con nuestro grupo. La persona encargada del desayuno, que entiendo es su esposa, es un excelente ser humano!!! Muy amable, educada, dada a ayudar, en fin, excelente. Me encantó nuestra estadía!!!

Für den Preis und 3 Sterne bietet das Hotel mehr, als man erwartet. Saubere moderne Zimmer, nette Bedienung und unten ein gutes italienisches Restaurant.

Nous avons été très déçu et mal reçu dans cet établissement. Je ne le recommanderai certainement pas.
L'image n'est pas vraiment d'actualité et l'hotel est assez défraichi.
