It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

It is very nice property to stay in. Staff is very good, accommodating and respectful. Food is very nice with outdoor live counters. I recommend this property to be the perfect place for a stay in Ranchi.

Room is comfortable and cozy , stay was amazing just because of courteous and friendly staff , specially Suhana Jha who makes my check inn so smooth and comfortable , visited here earlier also and will continue to visit again and again .

Rooms are excellent. Staff is highly supportive and professional. I've been staying here for my office work ***y times since 2020 and the hotel has maintained its services upto the mark. 24 hour room service is available. Very close to Ranchi railway station, bus stand and market area. Huge parking space is available.

Experience of staying at this hotel was really amazing. Our 10 guests had stayed in this hotel and they came from another city. The hospitality and services offered by ***agement was really remarkable. special thanks to Ms. Suhana she has provided really a good assistance to me and the rest all the guests during their stay in terms of everything. I still remember how quickly she has helped me to bring a medicine for my one of the guest when she was not feeling well. It was really unexpected for me. Location of the hotel is also good it's just next to the railway station outside quite crowded, however inside it's uncrowded. Food of this hotels is also really nice I was able to experience the local taste of Ranchi in their food, also the operations of the restaurant was also smooth. Can say the services and hospitality provided by ***agement was really outstanding. Looking forward to create another experience 😊

Firstly I like there rooms ....I stay at there heritage suit which was the best room of chanakya...and all staff was friendly there at reception and one of the girl suhana ...she is blessed for chankaya because she is very helpful for every gust how she attend all ..... thanks Chanakya I love to visit again at chankaya BNR hotel...

My experience with chanakya bnr was too good first time I visit chanakya... I'm very happy with there service food ....and the one of the receptionist she make me comfortable there her name suhana jha...and also she made my day with her smile She is very helpful for every guest how she Handel all situation ....and also the best Chinese served in the Oriental kitchen...

Excellent service , superb location, best in the city. We went to taste orientation cuisine at Orientation Restaurant. The food was delicious, dimsum was out of the world, garnishing was awesome. Special thanks to Chef Dhiren & ***ager Rupesh.
