It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

The night staff wasn’t that friendly and it would’ve been nice to know parking was an additional cost before they ran my card. Overall the room was clean and the morning staff was friendlier

Snack area in lobby was a huge plus.
Indoor pool was nice. The hot tub was not working. Also, there was a kids swim class in the pool at the same time, so it was a little chaotic.

The first room we went to had a live roach soon as I walked in. So, I had my room changed. The next room didnt have the correct size beds that I originally paid for. I didnt have time to changed rooms because we was going to be late to our event. The room had to be a smokers room. So no I didnt have the best stay but it was okay for one night.

check in desk was backed up with only one person working. I asked where we could get dinner. she said all places were open until 11pm so we took shuttle only to find out that everything was closed at 930p
