Incredible time at the Marriott. Perfect location, by the mall. Free parking. Close to many shops and restaurants, and only a 10-15min, no traffic-drive into downtown. It was perfect. Thank you!

No coffee for the room.
Shower was terrible.
Left phone in lobby and someone stole my cash from the case.
No breakfast. Starbucks expensive

The hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly. However when we returned to our room last night we discovered it had not been cleaned or towels refreshed. When we checked out this morning I inquired about that. I was told daily cleaning only occurs if we request that. It would be nice to inform the guests of that requirement at check in. It was no big deal, but would have been nice to know.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was adequate. Room was clean. Conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Triangle Town Center Mall use to be a lot better years ago. It has gone down tremendously. My only disappointment with the room was I would have thought by now majority of the brand hotels would have USB outlets in the rooms. There were USB outlets in the lounge chairs in the lobby but sitting in the lobby wasn’t my ideal choice to charge my phone. I usually have my charge block but I mistakenly forgot to pack it for this trip.

Had noise complaints.Needed to contact front desk. Manager accommodated with credit to bill for slow service on complaint. Room refresh policy wasn't up to my standards. Cost for property was good value.
