I'm from rajkot gujrat. At the outset it's Lords hotel, chain hotel group. I keep visiting shapar for business and to host my domestic and international clients. This time I have found a very good place to accommodate my clients. I can be rest assured that they will be look after. Kudos to Lord's shapar.

It's for the first time, that I am travelling to state of gujrat. There are ***y things and places I have in my to do list. Which I will be doing one after one. I found this hotel on the way to Dwarka. Extremely classy and peaceful place in hottest city of gujrat (Rajkot). I was thrilled by the rooms and services, because looking around did not tell me that I could find anything as such.

I stay in rajkot, And often travel to shapar area which is industrial area of rajkot. I travel to shapar for business and sometimes I accompany my friends and business partners from rajkot and sometimes I pick up few from industrial area. This time I didn't find any difficulty to find a good place for lavish and classy lunch. I enjoyed the ambience and everything around. Good place. Must visit.

Service is good.... And staff behavior is also good. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and lobby area this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in rajkot. Upon arrival at the hotel, which is oddly situated on the third floor, the first impression was disheartening due to the apparent lack of cleanliness in the common areas. The situation did not improve upon reaching the reception. Despite having booked a deluxe room, the initial room I was assigned to was in a deplorable state of uncleanliness, prompting me to request a change. The hotel staff, seemingly aware of the issues, accommodated my request by upgrading me to an executive room. Regrettably, this room was no better, with unwashed bed linens and unclean bathrooms, a point even the receptionist lamented as a recurring issue that ***agement has failed to address. The discomfort of the dirty environment was such that it caused physical distress, with my body itching throughout the night. This compelled me to check out the following day, a decision marred by yet another issue: the hotel's refusal to accept the international card I had used for the booking, insisting on payment via cash or a domestic card, neither of which were options for me as a UK resident. The interaction with the hotel ***ager, Sailesh Sharma, further exacerbated the situation. His lack of respect and poor customer service skills were astonishing. His inability to address or even acknowledge the problems was indicative of a broader issue with the hotel's ***agement and their approach to guest satisfaction. Based on this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone. The disregard for cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality standards was appalling. Mr. Sailesh Sharma and the hotel's ***agement should seriously reconsider their approach to hotel ***agement and customer service. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS GOES TO EACH AND EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM

The room was clean and all the stuff was properly arranged. Washroom was clean as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great ***agement. Had visited for a night, and was served dinner around 12 am upon request. Dinner was fabulous and had ***y different breakfast options.

Location far away from city on highway, hotel on third floor, ambience poor has a dull feeling. Room okay, toilet clean. Restaurant ambience good but service and quality of food not so remarkable, overall not so satisfied.
