Quality Inn Patria Suites, Rajkot

My recent stay at Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot, Gujarat, was a truly refreshing experience, especially when compared to a disappointing stay we had at another hotel. Our trip was a mix of leisure, religious visits, and business, and I can confidently say that Quality Inn was the highlight of our travels and stay in Rajkot. One of the most notable features of Quality Inn, Patria Suites is that it is a pure vegetarian establishment, offering a variety of delicious meal options throughout the day. Their in-house restaurants served a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, making it easy to find something to enjoy. As a vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of the meals offered. Originally, we planned to stay just one night before continuing our journey, but after such a wonderful experience, we ended up returning for a second stay two days later. The room was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and both the housekeeping and restaurant staff were always eager to assist us with anything we needed. What really made our time at Quality Inn so memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Tulsi and Nayna at the front desk were always polite, respectful, and professional, even during their busiest times. Additionally, Mr. Ashok Raval (Front office Supervisor at the Hotel) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He took care of our travel and transport arrangements, often at short notice. After returning to Quality Inn from a trip, Mr. Ashok Raval personally handled an issue relating to another Hotel who were unable to process our payment and were causing unnecessary inconvenience. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Ashok’s efforts and kindness. Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot was an absolute delight, with wonderful staff, delicious vegetarian meals, and outstanding service. I will definitely return during my next visit to Rajkot and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the area.

Great place for a family to stay while in Rajkot. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Swimming Pool upkeep, Restaurant, all are excellent. Safe and comfortable place to stay. Car parking and security are good. All in all, we would highly recommend.

We had arranged a birthday party for my daughter. The arrangements were fantastic and the food was delicious. All our requirements were taken care of. Special thanks to all heads Ajitbhai and Alpeshbhai. The support staff Karan, Paban Raju were all very friendly and helpful.

We celebrated our wedding at Patria Suites and it was wonderful experience. Mr. Alpesh Shah and his team was super supportive and accomodative right from our first meet till check-out. Services opted: 1. Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfy. Helped us with early check-in and on-demand room service for dining and housekeeping. 2. Events: It has multiple options for venues like pool side, banquet hall and Courtyard. We opted for all three venues for various events. It's spacious, staff is very courteous and has some great photogenic views. 3. Catering Best thing about the venue is costing includes in-house catering and offer varied packages to suit your preferences. Chef provides personalised menu as per your choice and also gave some good recommendation. Jain food options are also available easily. 4. Decoration: Hotel has collaboration with their own decorator and thus provides great decor options in which are suited for the event. Post decor selection, most of the co-ordination is handled by decorator and hotel themselves with minimal guest intervention. Apart from this it's situated at great location within city approachable from all major modes of commute within 15-30 min. Indeed happy weddings do happen here!!!

I highly recommend anyone wanting to do a family function in Rajkot be it wedding or anything else. Patria Suites team will take care of everything from end to end with amazing hospitality and timely arrangements.
