Travelodge Medway M2

no wifi, very inconvenient. connection to other owns network was weak too.

A Travelodge is a Travelodge. But at this one Emma was on reception and made us more welcome than I have known anywhere. Friendly and professional.

Removed all my electrical equipment without even asking why I required it. I need my fridge and freezer for my specific dietary requirements, my health and my medication. Thanks for caring lol

Had a long journey with the family so was so nice to have a quick and easy check in process..and a good night's sleep was had by all..hotel was as expected. Leaving early we were greeted with smile and kindness by Dave on reception who held the doors open for us all and gave directions which was most helpful to us...many many thanks to this great staff member. Happy to stay here again anytime.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge with my family and had the pleasure of being assisted by Genya. She is incredibly friendly, always helpful, and goes out of her way to make conversation with guests. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced my stay. It's clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent service. During my visit, I was consistently impressed by Genya's exceptional service. She not only ensured that all my needs were met but also made an effort to engage with us, making us feel like valued guests. The staff is very friendly. They solve all of our problems. bathrooms were clean pillows and bedsheets were clean. the area is very calm. you can easily find food and other utilities near by. big shout out to hanna the receptionist, she helped with the wifi .

Hotel staff on reception were very friendly,helpful and welcoming. The hotel needs updating however very budget musty smell coming from carpets need updating black marks on the bathroom ceilings. It definitely needs a revamp.

It was a wonderful stay. We stayed 3 nights and the stay and the staff were amazing. I will definitely come back in July as it was great! We slept well and it was calm. The staff were polite, nice and helpful. I was specific when reading the opinion of some people but it was a great trip there.

The rooms are extremely clean,i would stay again and would highly recommend anyone else to if you are in the area , all the ladies at reception were so happy and welcoming it made the stay even more comfartble . Any Information me and my family needed or any assistance was attended to by hannah who knew everything we needed to know and was so happy to help the whole experience of the hotel was great .
