整體來説性價比高，離國金中心很近，房間雖然小但是打掃的很乾凈，床蠻大的睡着也舒服，床單被罩都乾淨整潔，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，廁紙衹放了半卷，不夠用，空調開了一晚上感覺也不是很熱，電視📺開不起來。沒有電梯，行李多的小夥伴需要謹慎。隔音不好。前台有免費的橘子🍊吃。總之就是這個價格還是比較滿意的。

很好的，就在國金中心後面，夜市小吃街都在這裏，附近博物館北門街水亭門府山公園走路就能到，走幾百米就有停車場12元/天，唯一缺點就是沒有電梯，要自己扛行李箱爬二樓三樓，不過這個價錢要什麼自行車啊😂

房間窗户可以看到寺廟很美妙，隔音很差到樓下講話樓上聽得到樓上講話樓下聽得到，隔壁咳嗽也聽的一清二楚，位置不錯的，樓下國華鴨頭很好吃，訂之前不知道這家沒電梯的，提着行李箱到二樓費死老勁了，腳崴了沒人帶要幫忙的，因為在外有公事耽誤了延遲退房兩小時花了40塊錢，當然我要是前台可能也一樣不喜歡不及時退房的人即使交錢也是不會給好臉的，廁所門是玻璃的裡外都看得一清二楚，熱水一陣冷一陣熱，價格很划算的可以了

位置非常理想，在孔氏南宗家廟與水亭門景區之間，都是輕鬆步行可至，離水亭門尤其近，衹要步行5分鐘。房間寬敞，比預想的大，前台服務和衞生都不錯。
房間空調外機噪音大，建議儘快處理一下。

自己一個人出來旅遊散散心 環境蠻好的 房間也很乾凈讓人住的很舒服 睡的也很舒服 以後有機會 還會接着來住這裏的酒店

地段好，整潔乾淨，離商圈步行一兩分鐘，凌晨十二點都非常熱鬧，出門吃宵夜還能聽到小哥唱歌看到小姐姐跳舞，離水亭門也很近，步行五六分鐘吧，這次運氣很好，還在現場看到了精彩的全國女子跳高比賽。

枕頭床單都很臟 新換的床單上有硬硬短短的毛 新換的枕頭還是臟的 這就算了 床頭牆上還有一堆鼻屎黏在上面 真的很噁心 保潔阿姨態度極差 我們並沒有超時退房 差10分鐘就把我們門鎖了 在門口罵我們説我們實在精明硬要等這個點才退 一直罵罵咧咧 來衢州遇到過最討厭的一件事 衢州其他都很好
