This should not be in the mercure chain. Not a 4 star. The location is bad. The bed is as hard as a rock. The pillows are terrible. Only 2 tiny paper cups to drink from. Parking is very difficult to negotiate. The reception by staff was indifferent. The safe didn't work.

This hotel doesn't have the standing of a 4*, my stay was really unpleasant :
One pillow was yellow (see picture), the bathroom was not clean : there was dust on the floor.
The safe was closed
No complimentary water, no soap or bathroom kit
The minibar was empty
Overall the hotel looks old and outdated
The breakfast was the only good experience there

Hôtel face a la gare de Quimper, mais aucune nuisance sonore (chambre à l’arrière). Hôtel vieillissant, que ce soit les parties communes ou chambres. Parking exiguë voir impraticable, je n’ai pas osé m’y aventurer avec une grosse voiture (parking de la gare juste en face). Excellent petit déjeuner.

Toute la partie chambre rien à dire par contre les petits déjeuners se sont révélés catastrophiques . Pendant 4 jours on nous a présenté les restes de la veille. 1 er jour œuf à la coque possible , le lendemain œufs brouillés chauds ensuite froid puis absent. Gâteaux de plus en rassis , pain décongelé et pas bon. Je pense que les hôtels sans restaurants ont des petits déjeuners minables.

Bonjour, Je choisis toujours un hôtel Mercure 4 étoiles dans le but de ne pas me soucier ni de la qualité de l'hôtel, de la chambre, des services proposés lors de mes déplacements... et globalement, je suis satisfait des prestations de la chaine Mercure... Malgré une équipe professionnelle, souriante et à la hauteur d'un ****, j'ai été déçu cette fois-ci, de la qualité de la chambre (petite, moquette vieillissante), mais surtout un lit supposé double qui n'était que 2 lits simples accolés! Pas confortable du tout! Très bon petit déjeuner malgré tout et encore avec une équipe souriante et attentionnée! Attention au Parking, car très difficile d'accès et nullement indiqué lors de la reservation! Dommage, mais non pas satisfait pour un hôtel 4****.

Très bon emplacement, la chambre est grande, malheureusement avec une douche et non pas avec une baignoire comme indiqué sur la réservation.les deux personnes à l’accueil sont endormies et ne savent pas dire bonjour madame et bonjour monsieur. Literie très dure mais une grande chambre. Petit déjeuner bien fournie. Un hôtel correct .

Pour aller aux toilettes impossible de s asseoir normalement sur la cuvette
Il faut ce mettre de travers et pourtant je mesure 1.70m.

Nous avons été relégué dans une chambre tout a l'extrémité du couloir du 1er étage (190 pas jusqu'a l'espace du petit déjeuner) et parking difficile d'accès (entrée très étroite)
