The service was good, vet accommodating personnel. I requested for a different room and let me upgrade for a different one because I was not happy with the deluxe room that I previously chosen so I pay an extra to upgrade my room. It was good enough for me. I also requested to change the sheets and blanket so they change it for me. Overall it was good and happy with the services.

About bed, nasa ilalim yong wiring nakakabit sa higaan, so in case may short circuit pwedeng makuryente Ang tao delikado yon.
Remarks:
I Can't recommend this hotel to others.

I ASK FOR TOOTH PASTE AND SHAMPOO FOR 3 TIMES AND NO BODY BRING ME ONE I ONLY GOT TOOTHBRUSH WHEN ONE OF MY FRIEND VISITED AND JUST ASK IN FRONT DISK. NO CHARGING OUTLET IN THE ROOM. And some insects inside maybe would be best to have this type of hotel closed not manage well.

Tv is not working. Requested for an ice but there was none, aircon is not cold. Room is not that clean. But people are very nice

All the staff was very helpful and assistive when it comes to their customers. My experience was just smooth and love the staffs as they are very friendly. Hope i can meet them again. Ill recommend this to my families and friends! Thank You Astrotel Novaliches Family, you guys did a good job!
