The location of the hotel is very close to the Skyline station, and just a few minutes walking to the very famous burger shop in Queenstown. In The room is clean and with a lovely view to see the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay in Queenstown.

Een oase van rust in de stad met geweldig personeel dat vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Elke dag happy hour van 17:00-18:00 uur. Echt een aanrader… mooie ruime kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben enorm genoten. Dichtbij het uitgaansleven maar ver genoeg ervan daan om er geen last van te hebben

The Happy Hour was great for feeling welcome in the lounge area and to meet other travellers. Fabulous decor and atmosphere in this boutique hotel. Fabulous central location.

Location is great… close to a lots of restaurants and the viators activity pick up area Happy hours every night and all u can drink and all u can snacks!! What else can we ask for!

Very well appointed hotel with a friendly staff in an ideal location. We barely moved our car and many attractions will puck up at this location. They had limited parking on site but we were able to get in. The public parking lot is right next door so no worries. Plenty of free snacks and drinks in the room and a good happy hour as well.Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing service and the most looked after I think I've felt in a hotel ever. We were hiking so out of reception and returned later than expected due to weather, when we got back we found our card had failed. Instead of kicking us to the curb and leaving us without a place to stay, they arranged for a self check in situation where we could square up payment in the morning, and went out of their way to provide a bottle of wine and extra snacks to make up for the fact we missed the free happy hour. Totally blown away and grateful to the team.

Our second stay at The Dairy. Great location, friendly staff, unique decor, cosy lounge, happy hour chats with other guests, very comfortable room with a bath!! We find microfibre duvets too warm - staff happily found a comfortable alternative. We chose to go to local cafe for breakfast. Will be back.

Our stay was an amazing experience. The room was very well appointed and stylishly decorated. Free happy hour in the lounge with other guests with drinks and snacks is an excellent idea and the included continental breakfast in the dining room was spot on. Conveniently located for a very short walk to the centre of town and attractions.
