Great stay. Only thing is that the gym isn't in the hotel, they provide access to a 24 hour franchise elsewhere.

The room is clean and comfortable. Bus stops are nearby just in 3 minutes. The receptionist Lena is really helpful, she has a smiley face and willing to help us to solve our problem so that we can finish our journey smoothly, thank you so much, Good job keep up.

Location is the main factor for choosing this place. Just minutes from Train, Bus and shopping. Plenty of food options around as well. Didn’t need to make use of the hotel restaurant for any meals. Even though there was benefits for kids with paying adults. Kids would eat free!

The hotel is well-located in the CBD and within walking distance to offices there. The room was clean and well-maintained if a little too cold compared to the outside temperatures. Overall, a value for money stay.

The room is big and clean. Coffee machine and packet of full cream milk in the fridge ensure nice coffee whenever I have the craving for it. Room service is prompt too when I needed to call them. Location of the hotel is great. Short walk from two street malls and plenty of shops and two supermarkets. There is a Red Cat bus station just opposite of the road. Very convenient.

Stayed 5N here at a 2 Queen Beds Standard room after spending 4N in southern Perth. Was warmly welcomed at check-in and explained on the offsite parking information.
Room was clean and well equipped. Pleasant surprise to find that it comes with bathtub. Lobby has a nice looking Ivy and Jack restaurant that it's a pity that I did not get to try.
Will definitely consider returning for my next trip to Perth city!
