Hotel is oud, zou baat hebben bij renovaties, vooral in de lobby. Algehele service kan verbeteren: inchecken, restaurant, bar, etc.

De inrichting van het hotel is erg gedateerd. Schoon maar gedateerd. Glas draait de polz elke dag minstens 1 gebroken glas, moet schoner en plastic glazen.
Badkamer stonk naar urine in onze slaapkamer. Slechtste geur.
Ook wees de douche niet genoeg uit, dus het was moeilijk om er goed onder te komen omdat de bravket los zat en niet kon worden verplaatst.

This Hotel is WSIWYG, It's cheap and cheerful and yeah the breakfast is lacking and there is a feint musty smell as you go in, but it's cleaned often and the staff are great and helpful, the waterproof mattress protectors are reassuring so you know nobody swamped the bed recently! It's close to the marina so you don't have to eat there, although the prego roll is workable!, the liquor is better than beer which is a bit watery, there is a wonderful mix of stag doo's hen parties and families which lend to an inclusive feel! The pool is refreshing and clean, highly recommend to those on budget. The entertainment team is Fab especially Tina who made us feel at home, would go again! More 3.5 stars than 3!

Love this hotel and have visited many times as a couple but this is the first time we brought the kids. I wanted to give a special mention to the ladies who run the kids club - club Nep. Tina was absolutely fantastic and my daughter loved spending time with her and doing the variety of activities they arranged!

Our holiday has been totally ruined by the masses of drunken yobs who drink from morning till night, have no regard or respect for anyone else trying to relax. The pool area full of men drinking and reception the same. Karaoke and loud music, absolutely dreadful. Woken all hours of the night when the drunks come back, brawling in corridors, shouting, slamming doors, shouting across balcony’s. All the rooms face the pool area so there is no getting away from the noise. We picked a high floor room but it really makes no difference. This is not for families, anyone who wants to relax and definitely not children . Their behaviour is disgusting . There are a lot of golfers but loads of stag do’s . The hotel is ok, very dated but rooms ok. Pool freezing. There is a hot tub but can’t get in as full of men drinking in it and hate to think what else !! Indoor pool is lovely. Food basic but breakfast nice and staff quite friendly I only wish they would do something about the ones ruining it for everyone else. Management does nothing to stop it . It’s more an 18-30’s holiday camp. I will never ever return. Couldn’t wait to come home to get some sleep. Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

10 lads Golf trip in April for 4 nights and could not fault the hotel. Rooms clean , breakfast spot on and location superb. Pool and bar area very good. Will definately return.

A group of 12 of us stayed here over the weekend in three senior suits . The rooms were superb , clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was nice and fresh each morning and again the staff were so nice , i would recommend this hotel to anyone ! see you again next year !

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vilamoura, Portugal, and it was incredible. The room was a dream - a huge, comfy bed with lots of pillows and blankets, a massive bathroom mirror, and a balcony with stunning sea views. Loved the added convenience of a desk with a TV and HDMI connector for movies. The continental breakfast spread was a great start to the day, and the staff were amazing, available 24/7 for anything we needed. Helped out with luggage storage, even after we checked out we got to use shower and changing room facilities. They even provided beach towels and made a follow-up call after we checked out to make sure we got to the airport okay. This kind of attention and care is rare and so appreciated. Can’t wait to book with Vila Gale Hotels again!
