Heel mooi hotel. Prachtig! Ook zeker aan te raden als je kinderen hebt. Mooi verzorgde kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Heel toffe shows en prachtige omgeving. We hebben er vrienden voor het leven leren kennen.

heel oud kamermeubilair dat in een zeer slechte staat verkeert, koelkast werkt niet, kasten en bedden bijna verlopen. over het algemeen heeft het hele hotel renovatie nodig.
niveau van netheid voor kamers, restaurants, openbare toiletten zeer slecht.
All-inclusive biedt extreem slecht, er kan geen fles water worden verstrekt, maar moet uit de waterdispenser worden gehaald, geen verse sappen, geen ijsjes, koffie wordt alleen verstrekt in Nescafe Classic, voedselkwaliteit zeer slecht.
personeel helpt niet. uiterlijk en netheid van het personeel zeer slecht. terwijl de hotelprijzen hoog zijn.
hotel mag maximaal 3 starts hotel zijn, helemaal geen 5.

Horrible, not a five stars. Rooms are very old with broken furnitures, water leaking from refrigerator, A/C ant TV not working and wires come out of the wall. Staff are nasty I never met a rude staff like that. They dirt our clothes when they try to fix the room

The greatest hotel in the best city matrouh I stayed here in June 2022 with my family. white and clean sand beach and turquoise sea . the receptionist helped me to have connected room easily and make early check in without charge ( unfortunately forget her name ) and the man who cleaned and tidied the rooms was creative (Mohamed) It is unique hotel in egypt look like Hawaii atmosphere

Gone there 4 the 2nd time Location is perfect C isn't as clear as 1st time, lots of c ****s at this time of year but it's being removed. Resort got renovated, rooms are spacious and decorated as per Matruh👍 Pool fantastic Jacuzzi expensive Animation team trying their best. Staff is gr8 and so helpful. At check-in u can't get a 2nd room key?!! And u sign to return their bracelets on checkout 😳 Food has good varieties but not that good quality (some got gastric upsets) then hotel Dr is of extra charge!!! Hope those negative issues will be solved when we go again isa⚘

For me, travel is all about immersing myself in different vibes, trying new things and exploring the beauty of our world. And when I find a place that truly inspires me, I can’t help but share it with others. I had the pleasure of staying at the stunning CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH for the second time .and indeed I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel’s beautiful location and surroundings and luxurious amenities really made me feel I was in tropical getaway. Even though I was in MATROH! The attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort was evident in every aspect of my stay at CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH . I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality I am receiving during my time at CAROLS BEAU RICGE MATROUH , Really I will never stop experience it all over again and again! Actually It is a 10/10 experience that should not be missed if you decide to spend your vacation at MATROH.

We selected very bad dates to stay during Apri , no costumers, no open buffet, limited items for set menu for breakfast and dinners. Fantastic beach with no Costumers, dark and very calm at night . We selected Sea view room and they has given us garden view room with narrow view from far away sea , the dark point is they’d did not return the differences amount between the two types of the rooms .!!!!? The road from Alex to the hotel under construction at all places and we spend 7 hours to reach the hotel . Never to go again at off season.

Poor experience The hotel is considering how to save services and expenses... Guess that you can not have a cup of cocca while eating lunch which is the minimal simplest service you can have... And you should pay extra charge if you want a pepsi can.. Average varieties of food and not tasty to great extent Poor room service as regard supplies of tea water ....etc Poor wifi not working Old TVs not smart Poor bathroom supplies as shampoo, Balsm, .....etc not available You should pay everywhere for any simple additional service Receptionists are robots dedicated for unflexibility Very very poor animation team and events The only good things : the beach and the pool are marvelous , the nature there, the good sanitation ...

I really love this great hotel and it was a lovely experience,staff are really friendly and cute , especially MANAR from animation she draw on my cousins face and it was very nice and we loved her so much and all the animation are really friendly manar❤️❤️ Aylol Tomy Sonic Mada Fox
