客房設施老舊，衞生還可以，不隔音特別吵，前台美女很熱情，温泉簡直太差勁，看了網上的評論，滑梯和温泉池有些不開放，我家孩子十二歲玩不了小孩的滑梯，所以早上去温泉前台特意問了是否所有遊樂設施全部開放，一個男票台説是的，才決定入住的這家酒店，結果大型滑梯全部沒有開放，温泉池也有一部分沒開，很冷，很臟，孩子第二天妥妥生病，太差了。

體驗感不好，酒店價位並不低，但設施陳舊，衞生情況一般，前台電話打不通，室內網絡信號差，衹能使用個人流量，門前停車位明明有很多空位，但不讓進，問前台就説不歸他們管，地下停車場也收費，因為給孩子定的主題房，不知道是哪個主題，問前台也説不知道，可能是給我們驚喜呢，温泉淘氣堡也都是額外收費的，而且關的時間比較早，出門旅遊的人晚上回去是無法享受，酒店早餐品種比較少，主食衹有饅頭和麪包切片，喝的衹有一款粥和豆漿，連個炒飯炒麪之類的都沒有，咖啡機也是壞的，不好用，衹能説在齊齊哈爾這個城市不太值這個價錢。

選擇這家酒店的原因首先是它的酒店名稱吸引了我。在酒店的前台，服務生非常熱情友好，服務非常周到和體貼。房間燈光很適合睡眠，美美的睡了一覺，然後在四樓有景觀，可以看書很好。

酒店很氣派，一進大堂就看到很多外國友人入住，瞬間國際範就起來了，就是有魄力，入住酒店孩子還是很喜歡的，總體來説有條件的推薦入住，比其他的小客棧肯定硬件軟件都強不少。

整體來説非常滿意第二天早上還有早餐，吃完早餐搭上公交車，公交車門前就是，10分鐘左右到達百大，真的很方便，下次還會再來的。整體來説非常滿意

推薦的一家酒店。位置特別好，離萬達很近，方便，周圍安靜早餐很不錯，離明月島不遠外賣很多酒店環境優雅，房間非常大，設備齊全，外面有停車位
