Great hotel in a very convenient location,next to restaurants and a huge shopping mall. The hotel is beautifully decorated, in a Zen style with clean and cozy rooms. Highly recommended.

The hotel is amazing, every single detail is fulfilled with sense and beauty. The managers and other staff are very polite and friendly, special thanks to Ruirui on the reception desk☺️ The hotel has lovely garden, room was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend to visit.

一共從攜程網訂了兩天，當天下午不到五點入住的時候，電梯正在維修，我們一行人爬樓到的四樓，當時我們覺得環境可以，衞生條件還可以，設施設備相對也很新，就沒介意住下了，然後就和孩子出去，到了晚上九點四十左右回去，因為在外面跑一天了覺得累了，準備洗漱休息，結果水龍頭流出的水是紅黃色，摻雜着泥，致電前台打了兩個電話才來了一個小夥，説馬上處理，我從房間一直放水水質依然沒變，又打電話到前台才答覆我們給我們換房至前面的樓層，之後沒有任何人再關注我們了，覺得此酒店服務一般，早餐一般，品種不多，總之覺得對不起這麼高的價格，附圖片第一張是一開始的水質，後面是放水半小時以後的

好多年沒有遇到如此周到詳盡的酒店服務了，車停下那一瞬間，服務員就趕來幫忙搬運行李，主動告知充電樁的位置，入住時給小朋友贈送了玩沙套裝玩具，住了3天，每天都贈送新鮮水果，離店時又贈送了一小罐茶葉，處處體現了極致的細節。
酒店裝修古色古香，極具特色，還配有一個精緻無比的後花園，住店客人可在園中小憩、看書、下棋，太愜意了，一萬個點贊

酒店風格非常典雅，以宋代文化為基礎，將茶、香等知識科普在廳內，走廊上，猶如一座小型文化館。還有一個園子，且思園，園林佈景也算雅緻。贈送並體驗了點茶文化，美彧小姐姐特別有氣質，點茶功夫也很好，後邊又瞭解到焚香，插花等活動也是她在教，真是多才多藝的小姐姐呀。酒店位置也很棒，在燕大2號門內，附近有茂業商場，吃喝很方便。走路25分鐘左右就可到達金夢海灣沙灘。

服務人員非常親切且熱心，因工作需要列印文件，服務員小馬提供了非常適切的協助，讓我們工作得以順利進行；另外餐廳服務員除會主動關心用餐情況外，當有新食材上架時，更會主動詢問用餐旅客是否需要並會幫忙送餐，且所有服務人員皆不會收取任何小費，真的是值得推薦的酒店….

離茂業商場400米，在燕大小區裏面，鬧中取靜，舒適愜意，停車方便，有充電樁，生活方便。前台美女小宇態度好，專業且靠譜。
