Op reis met het gezin en met veel bagage, was ik op zoek naar ruime, maar betaalbare kamers. Ik heb twee kamers voor twee nachten geboekt. Het hotel heeft een eigen warmwaterbron en een zwembad, dus je kunt je hier lang vermaken. Het is wel een eindje rijden naar de bezienswaardigheden in de stad, maar voor een ontspannen vakantie is het ideaal.

Ik hoop dat het hotel een aantal verbeteringen kan doorvoeren, zoals meer anti-muggenmaatregelen (muggenzuigers, muggenlampen, etc.). Andere aspecten zijn bevredigend: goede service en prettige omgeving. Het ligt ver van de stad, dus je moet zelf wat spullen meenemen.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself looks absolutely amazing, it truly feels like staying in a castle, both from the outside and inside. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the café with its balcony overlooking the sea was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. The food at the café was also very good. One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge service. The concierge was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He assisted us many times with our deliveries and always made a great impression. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as well. The hotel’s location, away from the city center, is actually a big advantage for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is not crowded, and the swimming pool is usually peaceful and not busy. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The room cleaning service needs more attention. It wasn't good at all. Some cups at breakfast were also dirty or cracked. The service at the café could be improved as well. When we came to order afternoon tea at around 5 PM, one of the young staff members seemed unhappy and impatient because it was close to the end of his working day. After making a short call, we were told that the kitchen was not answering and that they were no longer working. This experience did not feel very welcoming. Though I understand he really wanted to leave work asap, he could share it with his coworker after we left, not in front of us 🤣 The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant, but the staff could not provide clear information about its opening days or availability. We were told it might be open on Thursday and Friday, but it was not certain. Another concern is the small zoo area. animals appeared to be staying outside in the heat all day. In particular, there was a dog kept in a cage outside during very hot weather (around 35°C), which was concerning and seemed unsuitable for the animal’s comfort.. The beach near the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty, which is something that could be improved. Regarding the swimming pools, the indoor pool felt quite cold, especially with the air conditioning, making it difficult to enjoy with a child when the outdoor weather is too hot. The outdoor pool area also has limited comfortable seating. There are only a few lounge chairs, and adding soft cushions or mats would greatly improve the experience and make the area more relaxing. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, views, and peaceful location. The hotel has great potential, and with some improvements in service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, it could become an even better experience for guests.

We had an amazing time here, the hotel is amazing, the staff is lovely.

The interior walls of the rooms and hallways are quite old, showing signs of use and age, but the bathrooms are well-maintained and very clean, although the walls show signs of dampness and the carpets retain the smell of dampness from the sea during rainy seasons. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service; they were cheerful, smiling, and very polite. I was quite impressed with both the male and female receptionists I encountered

We had a wonderfully cozy stay at this hotel—it felt like a peaceful escape by the sea. The room was warm and inviting, with a stunning ocean view that made every morning feel special. We spent hours at the water park, which was clean, fun, and perfect for both kids and adults. The staff were genuinely friendly without being intrusive, and the little comforts—like plush robes, blackout curtains, and fresh pastries at breakfast—made all the difference. It's not a huge, impersonal resort, and that's exactly what we loved about it. Just a charming, relaxing getaway that we're already hoping to repeat.

Was good. Good location and helpful and let us check in early. The carpet seemed not cleaned very well in the room but other than that. Very good

Amazing service with great staff from the reception to the concierge to the cleaning ladies. Big thanks to Miss Diao Yonghui who always made sure our room was cleaned and available when needed. Big thanks as well for the reception staff who helped us find our way through qingdao. It's a shame the hotel wasn't well taken care of as a renovation would make it worth 5 stars. Great view although the hotel is far from the city center, but great if you want some peace and quiet.
