We stayed at the Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish! We visited Qingdao specifically to celebrate my child's birthday, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it feel extra special. I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Susie and Bella at the front desk. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Thanks to their genuine hospitality and sweet gestures, our child had a truly unforgettable birthday experience that made our trip so memorable. The hotel itself is in a great central location with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Thank you to Susie, Bella, and the entire team for making our family visit so special. We will definitely choose Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre again for our next trip to Qingdao! Highly recommended!

The hotel is a bit aged & needs serious refurbishment. The toilet door is not clean and the water temperature is difficult to adjust.

I had a great stay here, it is within walking distance with many main attractions and subway line 2. Also food and drinks are all accessible within walking distance. Room is spacious and clean, just might be dated compare to those that was rebuilt in 2025 or 2026. I ordered a cake for my partner’s birthday, it’s being fulfilled in a sweet way. Will come again next time when I visit Qingdao Seven and Katherine are being very friendly and helpful.

The location is good for me when comparing with the price for some local brand at same area. It is not a very new hotel but Holiday Inn can be trusted usually. I like walking and with the good weather temperature in QingDao, it was enjoyable and it was easy access from the new big mall to this hotel. The cleanliness consider ok, it was just… sometimes i could see dust floating in air under the light when we moved curtain, in room bath rope area. Housekeeper is hardworking, she insisted to change my towel and clear the dustin bin even though i told her i don’t need cleaning for that day. ❤️ Thanks anywau

Hotel is conveniently located near train station and 5 minutes walk to IZone mall where MUJI is located. Front desks were always helpful. The only amenities we used is the restaurant where we have breakfast. The only thing need mentioning is that they are closed on time. You are allowed to sit at the restaurant after 10am however no more access to food or even coffee which I think they should allow. We stayed on the 26th floor. Nice view. It’s common knowledge that the Chinese love to smoke. I can smell cigarettes smokes coming from the ventilation into the room day and night. The building is a little dated. The room I have, has been refurbished I believe.
