MGM Qingdao

Absolutely exceptional! From the breathtaking lobby design to the immaculate rooms with Dyson, Bose, and luxury toiletries – every detail shines. The staff delivered warm, attentive service that made us feel like royalty. World-class dining, a prime seaside location, and flawless housekeeping. This is easily Qingdao’s finest hotel. A perfect 10/10 – we’ll be back!

It’s well stay for me to travel as a business traveller, altho it’s far from the attraction. But it’s good to stay, jus the staff abit not friendly to find my parcel lol

Service and amenities are outstanding but the location is not good as I think before. No sea view from the room. Elly also provided good service during staying there and tried to help for every time I asked for.

Good hotel but they need to pay more attention to cleaning

Nice view from the window, English-speaking staff, delicious and varied breakfast. Location close to the beach, easy to get to, large shopping center nearby.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend

I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the excellent facilities and staff. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the large, luxurious bathroom! Every staff member was incredibly kind, but I want to give a special shout-out to Kylin. I arrived well before check-in time, and Kylin went above and beyond by allowing me to use the pool and sauna early. I was also touched by the adorable lion plushie gift! Kylin even recommended a great local hotpot restaurant and answered all my small questions with such sincerity—a level of service you don't find just anywhere. The rest of the team was also amazing, helping me with food delivery apps late at night and even bringing the food right to my room. This hotel made my trip so convenient and pleasant. I can't wait to visit Qingdao again just to stay here!

Good room with a good breakfast. The service is also really good but the reception is working pretty slowly.

The view is great and the stay was comfortable. However, the service was appalling… they made me wait for my room for 40 mins and did not checkup on me even though it’s been after the check in timing. In addition, there were wifi problems for a few nights and then the card had problems and we couldn’t access our floor. Moreover there were inconsistencies amongst staff communication — eg. I had packages arriving for a few days and on the first day someone said they can lend me a pair of scissors, on the second they said they have to open it up for me instead, on the third day they said the don’t provide this service of opening packages. LMAO. The room was perfectly fine, but if it’s marketed as a 5 star establishment then the service should also reflect that. The inconsistencies and problems that arose were genuinely frustrating and unprofessional.
