Evergrande Sea Castle Hotel

Als u op 1 mei reist, is het hotel kosteneffectief, warmwaterbronnen, stranden en restaurants zijn allemaal goed. Er zijn veel activiteiten en ik heb naar het vuurwerk gekeken. Bekijk de kleine cadeautjes en mascottepoppen voor de kinderen. Er zijn veel mensen tijdens de vakantie en de informatie is vertraagd. Ik ben onze huishoudster Xiao Qi, die voor ons heeft gecoördineerd, erg dankbaar. Hoewel er afleveringen zijn, hebben de kinderen plezier en zijn we ook erg tevreden.

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede omgeving, handig vervoer en complete faciliteiten. Butler Xiao Qi heeft een warme en attente service en kijkt ernaar uit om de volgende keer te blijven!

Spend 3 days with family (2 adults, 3 children). Cozy and clean. Good breakfast.

hotel well located and the room very good

Not worth it for the price. I really don’t like give negative feedbacks but I hope the management will read this. We stayed on the evergrande castle hotel, not the main hotel on the front of the beach. We tried to book on the main one but they had a group so we didn’t had much options. The location is not bad but our room looks like a normal house apartment. When I walk in I took off my shoes and after few minutes I notice the floor was dirty cause my foots where black on the bottom. Breakfast is good, good quality of food and I have to say the staff (waiters) were really nice and helpful. However in the facility that we were staying they don’t have another restaurant so we need to go out to eat ( 200m away) All good but of course for a 1250¥ room per night it’s weird, for Thai price you could expect to have a mini fridge in your room but not... was no where to find. Our room was on the 10 floor we had a nice view but the rooms are not properly isolated so we could still hear what was going on on the first floor such as people talking or kids crying. On the room there is no welcome book or on the tv there is not a video or menú explaining the whole facility thematic. I use to travel a lot for my work, and I’ve stayed on many kind of hotels. Here I have to be honest the service provide it do not match the price at all. The whole hotel for a resort is just still on baby steps, just to give you an idea, we was asking the front desk how far was the beach walking and they say was quiet far we must wait for the bus o rent a bike cause was 5 min on car. Ok, we waited for the bus 15 min and the ride wasn’t more than a minute. Literally walking it took us 10 min. When we called the front desk asking if was possible to change the room the girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and sounded like she didn’t had any training at all in how to talk to customers. My BF and I we been working in hospitality more than 10 years. The staff here need some training. At the afternoon we was looking for a place where to have a coffee and we found in dianping that the main hotel has an small coffee bar, we head there and we find out that NOTHING was open between 2-5pm.... weird for such facilities, so they suggest us to go to KFC. 😂(long silence ) ok. Well over all I have to say the place is overpriced, they still have a lot training to do and better define their thematic. Definitely not recommend for a “weekend scape “. Even if you have a kid is not a convenient place at all. The only two things that I will say was good here is: 1. Friendly staff at the breakfast at the castle hotel 2. The seafood restaurant crossing the castle hotel, food was amazing. The name is 小海豚渔村(恒大海上威尼斯店). A must go if you are in this hotel.

The hotel is next to the beach, very nice view🙌🏽. The facilities are very good. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to go for breakfast because I had to rush to the other city in the morning. . But the place is amazing, I really like it. They have this bus which can take you from hotel to the beach and it’s FREE no need to pay anything.
