Amazing new hotel with modern facilities and very kind, helpful staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained. There’s a lovely tea room that also connects with the gym area — perfect for relaxing after a workout. The hotel also has convenient washing and drying facilities, which is a big plus for longer stays. Although there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, everything you might need is within 10–15 minutes by car. It’s located in a calm area that’s great for peaceful walks, and there’s even a grocery store right in the same building. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Qidong New Town.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the surrounding environment is very beautiful, the front desk staff is also very attentive.

這裡是一個超出我預期的民宿，我們同學三家週末聚會，全是體驗的不錯 老闆和老闆娘是上海人，在這裏用心經營這自己的精神自留地！ 老闆曾經在德國讀書，並且在德國的中餐和西餐都有涉獵，在這裏我們預訂了一餐晚餐，不是農家樂方向而是更加精緻的融合中餐口味！比如牛腩蘿蔔煲，味道相對粵式但也有上海精緻口味的平衡，據老闆展望，下次應該可以去他家嘗試德國香腸和酸菜豬肘，看他自信滿滿的樣子比較期望！相約下次等他家正式準備有配餐了，再來體驗美食！ 他家有游泳池，有桌球房，乒乓球，麻將房（有兩桌，建議兩個座子還是分開兩個房間比較好，相互不幹預），還有k歌房（音響和核心一般，吃飽喝足隨便唱唱也就湊合了）。 房間的乾淨和細節的設計滿用心的，據説明年在現有一樓的玻璃房頂上，會在上面建一個大的水族箱，在下面喝着咖啡啤酒抬頭就能看到魚在頂上游來游去，應該滿享受的！ 這裏離日出的沙灘20公里左右，需要早上4點出發，能拍到美麗的日出，而趕海的地方，不建議在恆大威尼斯里麪碧海銀沙，這裏人巨多水臭，而且受限，可以出來野沙灘趕海！

I had a pleasant stay at the Homeinn Selected Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and included all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable stay. However, checking in as a foreign guest proved to be a bit challenging, despite the hotel's claim of being welcoming to both locals and international travelers. It would be helpful if the check-in process were made smoother for non-Chinese guests. Overall, a good experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort, with just a bit of room for improvement in the check-in process for foreigners.

This is a beautiful hotel however we were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was not hot enough. We came in June. Be aware that the outdoor pool and beach is only opened July and August. Other than that, good food and good service

No towel no soap no water damaged AC . The location is not convenient. No shops or restaurants nearby . All the rooms there is a air conditioning problem. Me and my friends strongly suggest you to choose evergrande venice if you want to travel qidong .

Big room, clear and confortable. In my room had 2 bathroom, bedroom separate from entrance that had a couch. Outside is not so beautifull but i like the room. Chinese breakfast , for me OK. Near of fruit stores, chineses restaurantes snd some simple stores. If i need i will go back. Price is good too.

The accommodation was very nice, a small 1 bedroom apartment, the staff were nice and helped to get the kitchen ware which was missing when we first checked in, however the location is remote and transportation is almost non existent, therefore you will need to have your own car to enjoy your stay here.

🛏走進民宿的房間，就像走進了一個温馨的小家。房間裏的設施一應俱全，柔軟舒適的床鋪像是雲朵一般，躺上去就不想起來。床頭擺放着精緻的枱燈，燈光柔和而温暖，給人一種寧靜的氛圍。衣櫃寬敞且整潔，能夠輕鬆容納所有的衣物。衞生間裏，淋浴設備出水流暢且水温穩定，洗漱用品也都是高品質的，毛巾柔軟又乾淨。房間裏還配備了空調、電視等電器，操作簡單方便。在這裏，每一個設施都體現了民宿主人的用心，讓人住得從預訂民宿開始，就能感受到民宿主人的熱情。他們在電話裏耐心解答我的每一個問題，給出了很多有用的建議。在住宿期間，主人總是能及時滿足我們的需求，無論是多要一床被子，還是詢問當地的旅遊景點，他們都能迅速回應並提供周到的服務，這種貼心的服務真的讓人印象深刻，下次來還會選擇這裏。
