Расположение не очень удобное до центра далеко а это затраты на такси. Еда однообразная. Спасает аква парк и внутренний ресторан. Был 5 ночей на 4 ночь начал капать потолок проблему не решили. Интернет перебоями работал. Бар с коктейлями на 100%. Ставлю 4 из 5. На 5 звёзд не катит.

Propere hotel. Dj mazika heeft er een leuke sfeer in gebracht. Top dj nummer 1 in heel sharm als je het mij zegt. Leuk personeel en aangenaam zwembad met aardige mensen: Zeker aan te raden om alleen met vrienden of familieleden te gaan. Zowel de muziek als de sfeer is top.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, in oktober is het hier echt heerlijk nog. Groot resort, met genoeg keuze uit eten en ook het restaurant el diwania is erg goed. Veel te doen, verschillende zwembaden en direct aan de zee met een mooi koraal rif om te snorkelen. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan met een taxi en een shuttlebus ook nog buiten het resort activiteiten doen. Er is zelfs een museum, mocht je niet naar Caïro willen. Komen zeker weer

Dit was een heerlijke vakantie . Januari is kalm ,maar wat een heerlijk (Egyptisch) hotel met een oogstrelende én goed onderhouden tuin. Hotelpetsoneel supervriendelijk en steeds klaar om je te helpen. De keuken was eeer divers en lekker. Verse én gestoomde groenten , keuze genoeg. Alles geproefd en van niets last gehad.Kamers zeer ruim en proper. Mooie ligplaatsen rond zwembad én aan de zee. Ook de Spa was professioneel uitgebaat. Als jong gepensioneerden met veel reiservaring vonden we Charmillion Club een uitstekende keuze. .

Hi stayed here in june23 ,and dec23,the staff here are amazing they work so hard ,especially Hossian who worked in buffet restaurant, aswell as the French al a carte ,he made our holiday Rommany,from lobby bar who kept the drinks coming and chattered to us all the time,(congratulations to him as he got married),Ahamad from the beach ,who did us wonderful towel arts whislt we went swimming ,also replenished drinks through out day The managers who invited us most nights to eat in the different al a carte restaurants also went out of way to speak to us daily ,and last thing at night. My only complaint would be when we came back in Dec 23 the room we were in wasnt the best curtains ripped hanging off windows,nets grey and full of holes,bed and bedding not white or changed,bathroom old ,tired looking and not very clean ,but as we dont spend that much time in there we didnt complain ,but suppose we should of ,but that said we loved it here and look forward to visiting again soon Thankyou to all

All was excellent! Hotel stuff was wonderful! Staff looked after the wellbeing of customers.I will definitly go back to this place again.A big choice of food each time you eat.Food and drinks are very delicious.Outside the hotel, a wonderful beach.Beautiful area cleaned up around.

Best Hotel we ever stayed we stayed in beach view sea view and we so expressed with view the beach is beautiful perfect food is lovely drinks are good not watered down has beautiful pools fantastic waterpark for children we will be definitely going back .

Overall a lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms cleaned daily but could do with updating. buffet and a la carte restaurants were good but drinks were weak and wine, which is only served in restaurants tasted watered down. We only managed to book the Japanese and French restaurants, need to be on your toes daily to book. Why you cannot get wine at other bars around the resort seems ridiculous Gym did not open until 8:30am which is a pain if you want to run/workout before breakfast. Beach was ok as was pool, always available beds and staff on hand to assist. Lots of Italians & Russians , very few English - we paid a very good price and were pretty satisfied with the package overall

Food very poor partner got sickness and diarrhoea we was eaten alive by moskitos even with spray to the extent i was put on a drip and steroids we paid for all inclusive but you still had to pay for wine and icecream every day they ran out of gas for pumps to bars round pool and beach on the plus side staff and grounds were lovely
