Als je echt rust wil en luxe, kies dan voor Shams prestige. Super mooie en ruime kamers. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze zoeken mee naar oplossingen wanneer je vlucht geannuleerd is. Of ze helpen je als je zelf niet kan telefoneren naar België. Echt topservice. Ze komen zelfs aan het strand vragen wat je wil drinken. Niets is hun teveel.

In dit hotel kom je niets te kort. Het eten is geweldig en elke avond is er een ander thema. De service kan niet beter. Van tuinman tot manager iedereen is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een ruime kamer met een een goed bed en een eigen terrasje. Alles wordt heel goed schoon gehouden. De manager werkt zelf mee als het druk is. Ze doen er alles aan om jouw vakantie een topervaring te laten zijn. Op de vertrekdag stond er een lunchpakketje voor ons klaar. Top resort👍🏼

The hotel is situated at the north end of a line of hotels overlooking the Red Sea. The atmosphere is quiet and wonderfully relaxing. There are excellent views over the Red Sea, especially from the pool and pool bar area. The beach is well maintained and the sun loungers are tasteful and well spaced. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. Our room, although a little dated, was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic outside area to read books and relax as the sun went down. Of particular note is the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the staff. They blended into the background, but were on hand whenever anything was needed – nothing was too much trouble. By the nature of the location of the hotel, the food was all-inclusive and it was absolutely marvellous – fresh, beautifully cooked, and well presented. An excellent stay in an extremely well run hotel. Thank you.

First class. Just wish they didn't allow smoking in the dining area. Just like coming home. First class food, accommodation, attentiveness by staff. Pool and beach excellent. 28 degrees in March. What more could ask for plus 20 minute massage free

What a wonderful time we had here! The tranquility, calmness (no children!), and the beautiful location exceeded our expectations. The resort is intimate and beautifully designed, set in a fantastic garden with greenery, flowers, and various birds. Waking up to their singing and the rustling palm trees was special every day. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea and the garden. The place exudes elegance, down to the smallest details. A beautiful infinity pool with comfortable lounge beds, a private beach with good sunbeds, and even a heavenly swing bed that you can rent, drink service, atmospheric, soft piano and lounge music. The restaurant offers excellent food, including options for vegetarians. Special requests are accommodated, and there is a different theme every day, making the menu exceptionally varied. The decor is also elegant, from the tablecloths and napkins to the right cutlery. The waitstaff look impeccable and are efficient and friendly. This applies to all the staff in this special place; we felt greatly appreciated as guests. Personal preferences were immediately remembered, you didn't have to ask for anything, and it was already taken care of. We were also regularly surprised with delightful treats. Always most warm and attentive. This is a true 5-star experience that we have thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks to the entire crew! Vincent and Margriet

Fantastic place with diving club and wing foiling, kite and windsurfing Ion Club. A lot of activities for the family like quad in the dessert. We were 5 my wife and 3 boys and we have a fabulous time. The best above all is the people how they treat you and the service they provide . Also the food is really good with a lot of different dishes and a menu to ask anytime for a burguer or pizza. I strongly recommend the Sham Prestige Hotel. Thank you team for making our holidays so memorable.

We spent 10 days here, superior room right on the beach, 40 m to the sea. I highly recommend it, it's extraordinary. A truly exceptional place for a relaxing holiday, no mega complex with thousands of tourists. We used to go to Turkey, but because of the war and hordes of Russian tourists, we changed the location to Egypt. Shams Prestige hotel is really different in personal approach. We were asked several times a day if everything was okay and if we were missing anything. Small things were solved in a matter of minutes. Perfect beach, white sand. You can quickly get used to the ebb and flow. Our first and probably not last holiday at Shams Prestige was really great.

Yesterday we returned from this hotel where nothing is impossible. All employees try to read your wishes and fulfill them as soon as possible. We had a small snack prepared for our late night arrival (thank you Mr. Ayman). We were accommodated in no time and after a short sleep, our wonderful stay began. Morning coffee on the terrace with a view of the sunrise is one of the many things we already miss. Great service during meals in the restaurant. Varied food that was always delicious. The highlight was the New Year's Eve menu. Perfectly put together and there was so much that we didn't even taste the delicious desserts. Thank you very much to the staff for this wonderful experience. We have been here for 4 times and we always see improvement. Mr. Ayman Elshawadfy is a blessing to this hotel. Thank you Mr. Ayman and we look forward to the next meeting.

Beautifully situated, quiet and sophisticated hotel with bungalow-style rooms. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the hotel manager takes care of every single guest, the cuisine is fantastic (gala dinner/Fresh fish buffet for dinner/BBQ), everything is clean and well maintained, beautiful green areas, a really very good diving centre belongs to the hotel (run by a Swiss woman); I have been to this hotel an estimated 10 times and can highly recommend it. Location: approx. 40 minutes from Hurghada by private transfer, which the hotel offers at very fair prices. Beautiful and very well-kept beach; house reef, divers and kiters experience a dream holiday.... Rooms: Modern, flat-screen TV, daily cleaning (+evening cleaning on request), nice little private terrace Service: As exceptionally good as you could wish for Food: Very high standard, varied, fresh, themed evenings; restaurant with indoor area (air-conditioned) and beautiful terrace. You could eat around the clock - depending on what's on offer - but you shouldn't :-) Leisure: Diving and kitesurfing directly on the beach or in the immediate vicinity (at the hotel or by diving boat)Mehr Aufenthaltsdatum: November 2023
