The location is very convenient and 5 mins walk to Darling Harbour. The room is also very spacious and didn’t expect it to be 2 levels. Downside is the apartment looks kinda old and amenities like water is not provided. Will stay here again in the future.

1. The location is quite good. Close to everywhere！walk to Darling harbour, china town, market city, star ****** and even circular quay！
2.The speed of check-in is way much slow. Need patience to deal that period. And no any room service at night shift
3.建筑很有特点，充满年代感的外立面，还有内部裸露出来的主体结构。和现代化的五星酒店相比，还是比较特别的。
4.设施设备一般般，可能因为年代太久。住13层的话有隐藏电梯，上下楼快一些。

A nice hotel for a short stay close to darling harbor. The service is decent, and the hotel is clean however it’s very noisy from outside the building and inside, echoes can be heard from all floors. Beds are comfortable and it’s a 5 minute walk to most convenience stores and cafes.

I did not get my room done, I do not know if it was normal or not being the place a residence. I did not see or use the gym and pool, but the hotel strucure inside was really scary and horrible. Rooms were normal, nothing fancy, but my view was the parking lot 5 meters in front.

very good location and nice services hotel. it's convinent to a few trip sights. breakfast is good. come again for sure.

Very convenient.
Good services.
However, the hotel seems to be a little bit old and the cleaning service is not very frequent.
The gym and swimming pool is also very small and poor.
But the good thing is there are washing machine, dish washing machine in every room.
The location is very good too, just near to the darling harbour, ******, Chinatown and townhall

Was a good stay at Oaks Hype Park. The lady at the reception starting the afternoon to evening shift is awesome, she was able to transfer my booking and solve all my issues. Thank you for the awesome stay.
