Bij Hotel Termas Puyehue wordt je echt in de watten gelegd. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en de faciliteiten zijn erg goed. Het resort is heel warm stijlvol ingericht met mooie zithoeken en open haarden. De baden van de spa zijn heerlijk warm en alles is schoon en netjes. We hebben twee behandelingen geboekt en ook die waren super! Wij zijn normaal niet van een all-inclusive concept, maar kozen voor een paar dagen ontspannen in dit spahotel inclusief eten en drinken en het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Voor ontbijt en lunch is er een uitgebreid buffet met vele gezonde opties en van goede kwaliteit. Voor het diner kan je kiezen uit twee restaurants waar a la carte wordt geserveerd en ook hier wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de presentatie en kwaliteit. Op onze dag van check-out hebben we nog de hele dag gebruik mogen maken van de spa waardoor we helemaal ontspannen doorreisden naar onze volgende bestemming in Chili.

Paradise—only if your idea of paradise is cacophony of screaming children. This place it’s maybe too family friendly, to put it on more positive terms. Spa and massages were great though. The common areas are hell if you’re looking to relax, and there’s no escape, you’re supposed to have breakfast/lunch/dinner here because this is a resort experience. Staff is a mixed bag. In conclusion, not worth it for the price if you’re not packing kids.

Superior Room worth it for the space, seating and balcony. Do realize they discontinue the à la carte dinner menu during high season (so all three meals are buffet) which their site says nothing about. The partially fed by natural thermal waters modern pools of varying temperatures are divine. Buffets for a large amount of people can be hit or miss and in our opinion were mostly hits with adequate variety for most. The gigantic beautiful gardens around the hotel lead to self-guided trails into the forest of varying difficulty and lengths. The second floor game room and the third floor bowling alley with probably one of the best views in the world should keep guests occupied when not soaking in a pool, receiving spa service, hiking a trail, relaxing on the balcony taking in the view and sounds of various birds, hanging out in the old style resort lounge areas or enjoying a local wine, beer, exotic cocktail made from local ingredients. Overall service during our stay was 8-9 out of 10. Did not do any of the spa services which cost extra but did buy some of their products for gifts. We would return in a heartbeat if not for the cost. A recommended experience that I wish all individuals with good hearts could indulge in at least once in their lifetime.

Excellent two night stay. Fabulous staff, good food, comfortable rooms, and gorgeous pools and grounds. Be sure to get a massage at the spa!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s easy to get to by bus if travelling through Osorno. Just a local bus company ELP. Great Spa, fabulous grounds with walking trails. Bowling, mini golf and plenty for kids too.

So good, we called an audible and came back for a second time during our Patagonia trip. Must visit if in the area. The hot tub and indoor pool are fantastic. And the beds are very firm. Lots of activities including bowling, mini golf, escape room, backgammon, pool, ping pong. And just fun to walk around the grounds and indoors.
