Top accomodation and very clean place. All things and amenities are present.

Nice hotel, with a lot of restaurants. Staff has sometimes a bit an attitude. But overall a nice holiday

This trip was amazing. The resort was beautiful and easy to navigate. The rooms are quite large and the location is isolated and quiet. The beach is beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful. The staff were all really friendly and the service was generally great. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options which was great! All the events were really enjoyable and overall it was a really relaxing and memorable vacation! Shout out to the activities director Miki for making our stay extra special!

La comida estaba bien. La mayoría de meseros son buena gente y más si agradeces su servicio con algo de propinas de vez en cuando. La habitación es amplia. No nos gustó que el sanitario y ducha no tuvieran puerta, son abiertos y puede volverse incómodo. Instalaciones y jardines en perfecto estado y limpios. Área de piscina y playa amplios y bien cuidados

The adult side was super boring. No activities. The family side had the entertainment which was boring. If it wasn't for us having our own personal pool with our room this stay would've been terrible. The food was average at best. Tried to make reservations at the rodeo steakhouse, no one answered the phone. Tried to walk in they stated we need reservations to dine. We advised them no one answered, they said we need to speak to concierge. Tried to make reservations through them, nothing was available. (Mind you the steakhouse was empty when we went there). I will not visit this property again or recommend. 2/5

The staff was very nice. Constantly getting asked to buy things on the beach was annoying. It was pretty obvious that most of the staff is tip driven. We tipped constantly but didn’t always have money on us.

This hotel iis very nice and I think a good value. We have been very spoiled by Sandals resorts in the past but at half the price this is a great option and we would go back. We upgraded to the swim up option to our junior suite and it was very nice. Food is decent, so is the nightly entertainment. The family resort is right next foor (5 min walk)
With lots of additional options for everything. The adult side is definitely more quiet and relaxing.
The minibar was not what i would call one, but walking to the bars was alao fine. Tou must upgrade to the "Exclusive Travelers Club" to get the good liquor, btw. They also do not offer any airport transfer options but taking a taxi from the airport was easy.
Altogether a great trip doe the price!

Loved the property and the staff. The food was decent too, and I highly recommend dinners at Terrace and Mikado. We will definitely be back!
Two things that I didn’t enjoy were the fact that smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, including poolside. This was an inconvenience.
The other was the ardent upselling efforts to their Exclusive Travel Club. We were told that we were being taken to breakfast at a beachfront restaurant on the property and it turned into a meal and a 3 hour pitch for a ludicrously expensive travel membership that required a down payment of over USD 5000 and monthly payments for 36 months!
We got a reusable grocery bag and a 30 min massage for our time.
If they try to talk you into attending this sales pitch, don’t do it (unless you have bags of money!)
Besides that, loved the experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

Food at the buffet was very good. The pool areas clean and quiet most of the time. Beach had sea****, but they made a good effort of cleaning it daily. Check-in and Check- out was smooth.
Only recommendation is take Terro ant killer with you. We had tiny ants in our room every day. Don't leave food laying around in your room. Our room service plates the next morning probably had 100 ants on them.
Overall a great 12 days in paradise!
