This trip was amazing. The resort was beautiful and easy to navigate. The rooms are quite large and the location is isolated and quiet. The beach is beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful. The staff were all really friendly and the service was generally great. There are a lot of vegan and vegetarian options which was great! All the events were really enjoyable and overall it was a really relaxing and memorable vacation! Shout out to the activities director Miki for making our stay extra special!

La comida estaba bien. La mayoría de meseros son buena gente y más si agradeces su servicio con algo de propinas de vez en cuando. La habitación es amplia. No nos gustó que el sanitario y ducha no tuvieran puerta, son abiertos y puede volverse incómodo. Instalaciones y jardines en perfecto estado y limpios. Área de piscina y playa amplios y bien cuidados

Even tough we had an "Exclusive" room (duplex w/pool), it did nothing to help with dinner reservations and our restaurant choice options were limited. The property is a bit dated, a lot of water issues on the walkways. During rain periods the walkways, especially in pool area, are slippery. Early in our stay, I slipped and fell backward hitting the back of my head on walkway. I was treated in the resort clinic and two hours later, at my insistance, was transported by ambulance to the Centro Medico. Twenty hours later, missing almost a full day on our stay, I was returned to the resort with 17 stitches in my head. BTW, the head injury did nothing to help with getting better dinner reservations.

I must say the service at the pool bar with Leonel and Ashley was exceptional. Other than that service was average if not poor. This resort is lacking many things to list but the main on for me was mosquitos, never been to resort where mosquitos were a main concern.

The room was not what it was supposed to be! The lights didn’t work properly, The bathroom door was broken. If you make a reservation for the Mediterranean restaurant, please don’t be late because the supervisor will probably rubber on your face and will limit your dishes options “ No lobster or stakes The kitchen will close soon “. The two entry was served in one plate and asked to share it with my companion.

The adult side was super boring. No activities. The family side had the entertainment which was boring. If it wasn't for us having our own personal pool with our room this stay would've been terrible. The food was average at best. Tried to make reservations at the rodeo steakhouse, no one answered the phone. Tried to walk in they stated we need reservations to dine. We advised them no one answered, they said we need to speak to concierge. Tried to make reservations through them, nothing was available. (Mind you the steakhouse was empty when we went there). I will not visit this property again or recommend. 2/5
