Kon pas om 17.00 uur inchecken op de dag dat we landden. Het was zo'n ongemak omdat jullie de accommodatie niet betaalden. Zo'n slechte ervaring.

Ik had problemen met inchecken. Ze konden mijn reservering niet vinden. Ze moesten me het tarief van de nacht in rekening brengen en wachten tot morgen wanneer de manager hier is, zodat ze me kunnen terugbetalen, maar verder was alles geweldig

Algemene ervaring was goed, en zou weer terugkeren. Het enige jammere was dat er veel zee**** op het strand was waar je niet van kon genieten.

The service of this hotel was terrible. Staff was not friendly at all and not helpful. Restaurants did not have a good variety and food was not great. We've been to many other all inclusive resorts in Dominican Republic. This one was the worst in terms of service and restaurant quality. MANY rude Europeans here, and they like to stare at you when you eat. Rooms were new and clean, and we liked the beach. Food and service did not meet expectations. Do NOT recommend.

From the moment we arrived our trip wasn't good, the room was dirty on the tables and there weren't simple bathrooms items like toilet brushes etc. The rooms coffee machine and mini bar also did not work upon arrival. On the second day when we had breakfast, we got asked what drinks we would like, once we ordered the woman gave us a dirty look and then our drinks just didn't arrive (very poor service). The second night we tried to shake off the bad start but then we had a very below average meal at the tapas restaurant, service very slow and once the food arrived it was nothing like youd expect tapas to be. The next day we had lunch and once again the service was terrible, we never even received water for the table and we had to annoy the workers just to get cutlery for our table. On top of all this, there were multiple times we didn't want to use any of the restaurants because of the poor standard and the bad service/hospitalility we chose to go for pizza, but there was multiple occasions we went and there was literally no pizza left, even after going back for a second look. And on the last day (today) when we checked out, noone seemed even bothered about how our stay was and when we asked about transport they just told us to ask the belhop, they wouldn't let our Uber come through the gate to pick us up and they also wouldn't drive us up to the front gate to be picked up by our Uber. We both work in hospitality and this stay we very below average across the board.

Staff was unaccommodating had to request towels everyday. Wine advertised not available. Not enough English spoken, unfriendly and some employees down right nasty. Specialty restaurants I would give a 2**. The service on the beach Romantic dinner was good but it was to windy to enjoy. We will not be returning.

Property landscape was properly maintained however most staff memebers were not the friendliest. Junior sweet rooms need major remodeling. Room showers garuanteed to make you feel claustrophobic. Also if you plan to go to the beach be prepared to be hassled nonstop to buy a tour, or merchandise.
