Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was an absolute dream! I have no complaints other than loud children all the time but it’s my own fault for not booking the adult only side. The theatre had a good variety of shows the only down side was it was very loud speakers so people had to keep leaving. The grounds were in 10/10 shape they were always taking care of things. A lot of different food options. ( I highly recommend the Italian ala carte). The beach was stunning and the pools were clean. I would return.

I love how they had 2 sides, the restaurant's were absolutely amazing each day, the only thing i didn't like was the hot water Didn't work inside my room

The hotel smelled bad, the food was not great, majority of the staff were not nice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel AT ALL
The adult one next door was a little better but we had to pay $80 per day per person to enter which is ridiculous.

I like the service people they were amazingly friendly. The only thread I was placed in the family area, I don’t know if it was ******* mistake, but it wasn’t a big deal. I love the stay in the hotel. The people are very friendly and the food was delicious.

Great property. We came during the week and they offered us an upgrade which was worth it. Service at Italian and steak house was below avg. They couldnt speak in english and ended up getting the whole order wrong. Bar service in the lobby and the beach is great but other areas they need to work on. Highly recommend the spa

Let’s get to it…staff were generally nice , accommodating and smiled however there are staff that clearly are there to work and nothing more. Had a rude experience at front desk. Con: they trick you into a time share presentation, don’t let the front desk hand you off to anyone else but the person taking your luggage to your room! Otherwise, they will tell you a person is going to give you a “tour” of the resort , this is a lie! We got caught up in a two hour presentation to offer us a $20,000 vacation club we kept saying we didn’t want!
Restaurants: okay, excellent food. Don’t book the last reservation around 9:15 bc they close at 10 pm and the service at this time is rushed , non attentive and we were brought food that wasn’t what we ordered and it lacked the quality we received when we had an early dinner time.
Grounds: immaculate, clean and staff is always cleaning.
Rooms: clean , master luxury suite was spacious…cons: the bathroom shower sucks! It’s open to the bedroom area (no privacy) and the water from the shower gets on the floor.
Beach: Staff cleans seaweed through out the day. Cons: hotel needs to change policy about other guests leaving their towel on chairs and literally not occupying beach chairs until hours later. The staff walking around should be able to pick those up after an hour of an empty beach chair. Seen people get into an argument bc someone claimed a chair that was clearly unoccupied for HOURS (until the beach goer decided to show up).
