Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

We enjoyed this resort. Good food options. We wish somewhere it told us to make your dining reservations 2 days in advance. Everyone very friendly, a little language barrier. The resort is kept very clean. However, the beach has a lot of grass/seaweed washing up all the time, so there are workers constantly raking it. We only got in the water a couple times.
I wasn’t thrilled with the liquor taste or quality, and it was expensive to upgrade. We drank beer, wine, daiquiris or pina coladas. Would I go back? Maybe
We loved having the little pool off our patio.

Enjoyed our stay. Restaurants were excellent our room was spacious. We felt safe at the property. Only complaints were the pools were small and not many English speaking employees. You had to get up early in the morning to reserve your spot at the pool, but we worked through it.

Overall our experience was average. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was our least favorite of the experience. We ate at the The Cut, the hibachi place, Itzen, and The Win. The only thing decent were the burgers at The Win. Two people in our party were left throwing up after our visit to the hibachi place. You must make reservations for the fine dining restaurants as soon as you get it. The Spa was a great experience. The pools and close proximity to the beach were great.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Serenade. It is a lovely resort and the staff were excellent. We will go back again. Thankyou to all who made our stay so enjoyable.

I wish I could say some good things, but no unfortunately.
Beach is very dirty , washrooms is a little bit too far from beach as well .
There is no enough beads on the beach and at the pool .
You need to go before sunrise to reserve the spot .
Stuff is slow , simple water may take 2-5 times to ask .
