Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. We loved our pool access room. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were all delicious with many options. We were accommodated with a late check out for $15/hr. We would definitely stay here again :)

The facility and staff were very good. The negative was the vacation club sales program. Made me wonder if the friendliness of the staff was all part of a scam to get you to buy into the vacation club. Definitely put a damper on the experience!!

Resort was beautiful , but the power kept going out. Addressed the staff acted like it wasn’t an issue and we should just deal with it. Also, multiple people on the beach had their personal items stolen. The resort lied to us about timeshares. We were trying to book our dinners and the resort presented us a timeshare. We proceeded to ask if this was a Timeshare pitch. And they stated absolutely not. It was just a tour of the property. When we got there, they tried to sell us a timeshare and refused to do any bookings until we listened to the whole presentation. When we stated that we were going to leave since we were not interested in a timeshare staff were crying and stating that if we did not buy our timeshares, they would lose their job because they were from Haiti, and made no money. And then proceeded to insist that that we please stay pleading with us to please just stay so they would not lose their jobs. This is absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. I am going on a vacation to enjoy my time. I work very hard for my money. I will never visit this resort again and I highly encourage anyone else to please do not book here.

I love Hotel. The staff spoke in English, some people said they dont speak, it is not true. Food was amazing. Especially Buffet food. Entertainment was amazing. I will go again
