I love the hotel. The entertainment was great, there’s a lot to do there. The only thing is that the food wasn’t so great and I wish they have more typical Dominican food!!

Staff was friendly and great. Entertainment crew Gasolina, Speedy, Omega, and Michael Jackson were so much fun. Food can be better. Will come again.

It is a big facility. I end up buying a package and recommended to they who like to travel at least two to three times a year. It is worthy to invest in the package.

My family came with our 2 young children and this place was incredible. The staff are so friendly and remember you every day. My kids have decided they want to live here forever. The waterpark was fantastic and the little coffee shop was adorable!

We had a great stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The beach was beautiful. The pools were great. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The staff were the highlight. They were very friendly and went above and beyond at every turn. The waterpark is a little old and in need of some repair but the kids still had fun. It was a great option for something different for an hour or two every couple of days. The food was good and there were many options. The Japanese Restaurant was a highlight. A lot of it has to do with Chef Alberto Kawasaki, he was a lot of fun. Overall not perfect but a great family vacation. The resort was very kid friendly and is a great place for a young family.

Staff were rude. Food was covered in flies and made my son sick. Room smelled terrible and bedding was dirty and stained

The only issue we found was the Italian restaurant for the a la carte was under staffed and took forever to get your meal. They should have booked less tables instead of filling up the restaurant knowing they were understaffed. The beach was amazing and pools and grounds were well kept. Majority of the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend staying at this resort.
