The service is very bad, unprofessional, extremely lacking. Never a 5 star services, you dont get even to 1 star. You are the only hotel chain in which you can only use the buffet, pool and beach zone of the hotel you are staying in. In the rest of the world even if the hotels are more distant you can use the services of all all inclusive hotels in the same area.
We had a dinner reservation at Mikado. We were invited in 45 min after our reservation time. They tried to seat 14 people in a table for 12, resulting in people eating on top of others, no personal space. When we expressed our discomfort about it the lady in charge of seating customers, said she had lots of people waiting, got upset, through her tablet against the floor and left the room. At the buffet the waiters ignore you. You get your coffee when you are donde with breakfast. Waiters forget your drink orders at the specialty restaurants. There was a roach at the mill stand at the buffet. And the treatment to customers is in general dismissive and disrespectful.
