we wanted to rent a beach front pent house for a month. The front desk suggested Moreyna Pallacio as a rental agent. Moreyna rented us an apartment that did not exist. We did not get the apartment or our money back. Beware!!!!!!LOTS OF SCAMS @ PUNTA PALMERA. MOREYNA IS THE QUEEN OG SCAMS

Absolutely stunning experience at this condo in Cap Cana! The 2-bedroom layout was perfectly designed, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the pool. The beauty of the condo complex's grounds left me in awe, and the infinity pool was a definite highlight. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The convenience of airport transportation and the option to have the fridge stocked with our preferred items made the arrival process seamless. This condo exceeded all expectations and provided a luxurious and relaxing vacation. A five-star review without a doubt!

Decidimos pasar 2 semanas en un apartamento que rentamos directamente en Punta Palmera, El lugar es muy hermoso, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, el departamento muy moderno y con todo lo que necesitábamos , sin embargo el trato de la gente de seguridad #Taurus y de la gente de administración fue terrible, no te avisan antes de reservar que no puedes utilizar las piscinas después de las 7 pm (cuando aún hay luz), a las 7 en punto la gente de seguridad empieza a molestar con que todo mundo abandone la alberca. Si quieres tomar una bebida en el ares de la alberca también te llaman la atención. Es una pena pues el lugar es espectacular, pero la actitud de esta gente y que no te avisen las restricciones antes de reservar un apartamento hace que no queramos volver.
