This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

전체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 장점은 레이지풀.. 아이들이 정말 좋아했어요. 그리고 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했고 액스트라 베드 비용이 없어서 좋았어요. 단점은 쇼핑이 조금 멀고, 위치도 조금멀어요. 결정적으로 바다가 그리 좋진 않았어요

Our room was amazing! Right by the beach, clean and comfortable. Staff was hit or miss but most were lovely. Room service was also hit or miss. As well as stocking the mini bar.
It was missed 2 of our 4 nights. Food was not great by any means. Waited 90 minutes at the Steakhouse for food. Beach is not swimable due to the rocks, unless you walk over to the bay. Drinks were really good. Lots to do. Pools were clean. Never had any issues finding chair's, but pool towels was a different story. We had ours for 3 days because there was never any at the towel station to switch. There are alot of beach vendors which makes it hard to relax. However the vendor market at the resort(every 15 days), they are extremely aggressive, to the point you had to walk way out of your way down the back alley to avoid them. Most annoying thing though was the constant phone calls/texts/emails to see how you would rate them. They would call 2-3 times daily as early as 8;30 am. I was assigned a concierge, but other then booking us a dinner reservation and having the mini bar restocked after 2 day's it wasn't much help. They were supposed to pick up our bags for departure and didnt show up. All in all the resort is beautiful,but i would look at other resorts before i went back.

Liked how the rooms were close to everything.. after dinner, entertainment was right there..
it was not a resort for a beach if you like walking the beach.. a lot of rock and rough..

Overall I’d say our stay was enjoyable , very surprised as to how good the food was , very good energy , the staff was more than pleasant , our room was very nice , the bartenders at the pool bar were amazing ! There is a bit of walking to get from point A to B and they do have trolleys to get you to where you want within the resort , however I found walking wasn’t an issue nice little work out between your meals jaja . overall would book here again .

The service was outstanding. The property was very clean. The rooms are huge. I will only caution the food options. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite but the rest were average. Granted, we did not try every place but the few we did experience could’ve been better in our opinion. Otherwise, this was a good first all-inclusive resort experience. The resort is relatively long, so prepare to walk a lot. Definitely a friendly/family vibe for sure. Don’t come here thinking you’re about to turn up because the vibe isn’t that kinda energy; you may benefit from bringing your own speaker if you care. However, the foam parties were lit! Also, as expected, fluent English speakers are far and few in between! So, best brush up on some Dominican-dialect Spanish! My favorite parts were how beautiful the resort is and the attentiveness of the staff.

We loved the swim up room, highly recommend that. The food was inconsistent and overall disappointing. The snack burger place is not good at all. Need better food options between meals. The privileged areas are inconvenient and wasn’t made aware to us that you can’t access everywhere on the resort unless you had certain upgrades. The last 2 days our shower smelled like sewage - not good. Overall the place has potential with some key upgrades/changes, but until that happens we will not be returning.
