There had been a major water problem in the ceiling. Hot water had to run for at least five minutes to have warm water for a shower. Just a very old building. The price was good, but you get what you pay for.

We had to visit Fayetteville, Tennessee for a very tragic loss within our family... From the moment we arrived it has been great... we were greeted, and promptly assigned our rooms. The only downside was the water took quite a long time to get warm... but that was easily forgiven because everything else was great!! This is BY FAR the BEST Motel 6 we have ever stayed at!!! The renovations are great, everything is very updated, and the price is reasonable! Thank you for the welcome. I would definitely stay again.

This stay was exactly what I expected. Room was decent. Convenient to the highway. The grill attached to the hotel was good. I would stay here again

Could not stay at property, no notice of inability to stay. Arrived and was directed to another hotel that cost more than what was budgeted for trip.

No hot water for about 30 minutes. Had to run both the rub and the sink at the same time to heat it up. Screaming neighbors that were threatening each other.

Definitely the nicest motel 6 I've ever stayed in. Well worth the money. Very kind and welcoming owners and staff. Wonderful place for pet owners.

I stayed in room 215 and got eaten alive by bed bugs. I checked out on Chris**as Eve and had to miss my family's Chris**as party. I was covered in itchy welts from head to toe and didn't want to chance spreading bugs in their home. I contacted Motel 6 to inform them of the bed bugs and they couldn't have cared less... I just hope somebody reads this review and it saves them from this nigh**are I'm going through...

the property and staff were fine, the key didnt work and had to go back to the office once, not that big a deal, and franklt it was one of the better motel 6 ive stayed in, my only gripe was there was no hot water.....
