Tijdens mijn reizen naar het zuiden verblijf ik altijd bij jou, en nu ik een reservering heb gemaakt, kom ik 's nachts aan en de verrassing is dat de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer dit niet deed, dus moest ik verhuizen naar de stad , wat me uren kostte om een plek te vinden om te verblijven, helaas was alles verschrikkelijk.

Goede locatie, op een steenworp afstand van het centrale plein, prachtig uitzicht op het meer, goede service van het personeel, goed ontbijt.
Ik vond het niet leuk dat we om handdoeken moesten vragen, ze laten geen fles water of glazen achter.

The location was great, right downtown and on the bay, it was right in the activity or festival and walking distance to rental kayaks, etc. Our room had a beautiful view of Volcan Orsono. It's also right on top of the street that borders the bay. It's an older building, with no heat or AC in the room (that we could find, anyway). To cool off, we had the window wide open, which was OK during the day, but when we wanted to sleep, we had to close the window to keep out traffic noise, so it got a bit toasty. Great breakfast. Good restaurant for dinner, as well. Staff was quite nice.

We stayed here twice on our trip. The second stay we got an updated room, which was much much nicer than the one we got in the first stay. We enjoyed the lake views from our window.

Great location, beautiful views, easy parking. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. They had live music on upstairs deck which was nice but the service was horrible. Beds could be upgraded for price of stay.

There is a patio right next to my room with very loud noise of music playing constantly. group people would go to the patio and being very very loud till very late at night. requested if possible for me to remove my room since it was so loud, they refused it, so no I do not recommend this place to anybody. Staff weren’t very helpful or accommodating. View from the room is beautiful. That’s a only good thing about this hotel 😞👎👎
