Nice wee complex. Beds were comfortable and the apartments were big. Only thing is there’s no lifts for carrying cases, apart from that it was good. Staff friendly and the place is decorated to a nice standard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Stayed here in May and had a great relaxing time so booked again for end of June but the experience this time was a joke firstly no code or room number Sent by text last time it was so we ended up phoning the number on booking. Com to get in the room I guess it's the Spanish holidays because they basically overtook what is only a small pool every day from morning till night throwing stuff bombing the small pool the parents took every sunbed at nights so couldn't get one so close to chucking them in the pool 1 night this place would be a great adults only place I usually stay in the florida apts but 3 days into our stay the receptionist who was a total waste of time asked us to check in only because she thought we hadn't paid her face when I proved I had then I asked cud we av a late check out only a couple of hrs baring in mind we didn't get there till 10pm at night she said come back Saturday at 11am which is check out time anyway couldn't risk being told no so left it another night we asked for a taxi she said I've only got a maspolomas number lol its a shame about wat happened coz these are great apartments with superb cleaning staff but if u want peace and quiet try May coz the Spanish take over and look at u like we shudnt be there in June

When my pagage holiday ended we decided to book into this hotel to extend our holiday , its a lovely hotel with lovely staff , very clean and comfortable and was planning on booking again , but on last day I think Spanish family booked in and basically took over pool , the kids were running splashing everywhere, people were getting up and leaving ,it's a small pool it's a small area , it's called consideration to others sitting around pool, such a shame , this has definatly put me off booking this hotel again ,

A few minor tweeks and this would be better Bigger apartments are on 2nd & 3rd floor with no lift so had to carry pushchair up 2 sets ov stairs Was no bowls in kitchen had to ask also no oven Could do with leaving a sweeping brush in the rooms and iron Wi-Fi is hit and miss when you have kids it’s a major issue for 13yr old Location brill room it’s self was clean big and modern quick check in Would go back as issues are minor and good points out weigh them

A great time staying there. Location is perfect. The staff are more than helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will return. The apartment was spotless and the bonus was the very spacious with sun loungers to relax on. A special thanks to the Receptionist who is a very courteous lady.

We arrived for the Christmas break only to get holiday off to awful start as the apartment was damp and full of cockroaches, they switched us into another apartment the next morning but the stress of not been able to sleep with these crawling around place was terrible. the next morning maintenance guys were banging tiles from 9.30 am right outside the apartment and continued all day, the location is good but unfortunately its not good enough.

Small (approximately 30 rooms) nearby the beach, 7-8 minutes walk. Very clean, both the apartments and the pool area. Friendly staff. Internet is not working, you have to use your own 4G- net. Morning sun, not sun in the afternoon. Studio apartments at the ground floor is ok, one room apartments at the second and third floors are better, but everyone is ok.

Our 7 days stay started with that they had to clean our room all over, especially the bathroom. The room has just basic utilities and no more. When we made a remark the answer was - It’s not my fault. Wi-Fi/internet, don’t expect this to work properly. When it works and you are lucky it can work for a very short while. The bed/beds are good as well the location. Close to the beach and not to far to the mall and shops. These two things makes 2/5, otherwise the mark should just be 1/5, unfortunately. It’s very unlikely that we will stay here again.

Alojamiento pequeño. Cuando llegamos (15:30) la recepción cerrada y finalmente nos atendió un chico de mantenimiento. Todo el personal muy amable. Apartamento grande. Camas cómodas. Sin jabón de manos, gel o champú. Toallas muy justas. TV muy pequeña para el tamaño del salón. Limpieza correcta. Menaje de cocina muy muy escaso. Vajilla y cubiertos también justa para 2-3. No hay boles, ni fuentes, ni tabla de cortar. Solo 2 calderos y 1 sartén. Tuve que pedir un sacacorchos. No hay tostadora (pero la pedí y me la dieron), ni exprimidor. No hay cuchillos de sierra y solo un patatero. Piscina climatizada pequeña y nos tocó unos días lleno de familias con niños pequeños por lo que la tenían ocupada todo el tiempo incluyendo colchonetas grandes. Terraza grande con mobiliario algo deteriorado y sucio. No dispone de ascensor, así que toca subir todo por las escaleras. Yo estaba en la 301, en una esquina y solo un vecino. Las terrazas no tienen nada de privacidad y se permite fumar en ellas con lo que te llega el humo. En la web pone que dejan pan todas las mañanas, pero me confirman que eso ya no es así desde el inicio de la pandemia. También que se dejaba una botella de vino y agua a la llegada. Nada de eso existe. Al menos el precio fue muy razonable, pero sin duda para no repetir.
