Nice clean place. Centrally located and an easy walk to most everything around. Would stay here again if I was in Puerto Princessa.

The elevator was out of service and the hotel is located on the 3d floor. Staff is polite. Upon our request we were provided with the kettle. The towels were with dirty spots.

I am disappointed with my stay at Empire Suites Hotel. The hotel is dirty and rundown. Area is dumpy and smelly. They advertise terraces, but the rooms don’t have them. When I asked the Front Desk to change to a room with a terrace, he confirmed there were none. He justified their website by claiming that the restaurant has a terrace.

Pros -
• very affordable
• friendly and helpful staff
• easy to get tuktuk (local taxi/bikes) from outside the entrance
Cons -
• aircon doesn’t work very well
• Walls are paper thin
• There was a window at the top of the wall in the room, when I stood on the bed to see what was outside i found that it looked straight into someone else’s room… very strange.
Overall, for the price, I’d say that it was pretty good, and was fine for the 1 night we booked, but i wouldn’t want to stay here for too many nights.

The place is clean, the workers are actually friendly. Bedroom was comfortable. A/c was cold. My stay was very comfortable. I would come back again. I had to change to a 4 star d/t my ride to the airport is late. Hopefully, not too late that I missed my flight.

The place is nice and the front desk officer Ms.Joy is very helpfull and polite.Highy recommended to all who will visit Puerto Princesa Palawan! The Breakfast Food is well served! Room Aircontioning is Good Sheets are Clean

I am very satisfied with the place, wi-fi is a plus, dining area around and also burger place open 24 hrs. Overly satisfied with the place.
