Nice apar**ent with views of the water and mountains in the distance. Very clean and comfortable. Put hand over lock mechanism to lock it. Some reviews seemed confused by this.

Apar**ent was very clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating. We could walk to the town. Parking was bit challenging but it worked. Easy check in and check out.

The property is located just a short walk from bus terminal. Gisela was prompt and great to communicate with. They allowed us to store luggage for 5 days before our stay as we were freckling Torres de Paine. Apar**ent was clean and comfortable.

It has full kitchen and laundry, which was so helpful after coming back from hicking the W trek in Torres del Paine.

Overall the accomodation was comfortable.
There is a washing machine inside our room.
Facilities are new.
It is a 7 minute walk to the bus terminal to El Calafate.
There are many food options and supermarkets, within a 5 minute walk from the apar**ents.
Do remember to receive text from owner before going, there is no receptionist at the apar**ent. We were stucked for about 5 minutes as we couldnt find anybody there. Thankfully we found a number and managed to contact the owner who then assisted us with digital lock access code to access our apar**ent.

Excelente custo benefício. Cidade não tem muitas opçoes de estadia, sobretudo na alta temporada, então encontrar um apto com bom custo é muito bom. Apto é bom, bem cuidado, limpeza razoável. O que chama a atenção negativamente é a limpeza da parte externa, sobretudo das escadas. Mas não deixaria de ir por isso.
