Todo excelente, muy buen servicio, buena atención, desayuno espectacular. Quizás lo único que complica un poco es el área de estacionamientos muy estrecho, pero se puede superar.

Het personeel is zeer servicegericht. Het hotel is wat gedateerd maar het is een degelijk hotel en alles functioneert. Het is heel netjes en schoon en het bed was heerlijk maar heel fris lakens. We hadden een kamer met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het restaurant is ook goed voor het diner, was lekker en met prachtig uitzicht.

This is a typical city hotel that has seen better years. The outside is awful so it is relief to see that the inside is better but it is still all very tired. We had a suite and there was no tea or coffee in the room, the bathroom was quite ancient and the whole place is in need of TLC.

Spacious room with a grand view (5 floor or higher). A bit musty smell but the sheets are clean and good shower. The breakfast room on the top is amazing. Hotel is sufficiently centrally positioned to reach everythingin the city walking.

Excellent place to be, good food and view of the bay of Puerto Montt. I suggest that you choose the rooms with a view of the bay and city. We went with my wife to celebrate her birthday and they took care of everything, reserving the table and room.

This might have been a nice hotel in the past but that is no longer the case. The rooms are very bare bones. The rooms are clean

We had a spectacular view of volcanoes and sea from our spacious ocean-view suite for a very modest price. Good value. The hotel sorely needs updating, though. The common areas, especially the carpets, are frayed. The window at the end of our floor was replaced by plywood. The bathroom is so dated it's probably impossible to clean properly. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but convenient, as long as climbing a short hill is OK.

Its not a bad hotel, but for the price I was expecting better costume service and accommodations. The bathroom has a leak and when I took a shower the floor got completely wet. It’s not bad but I think you could find something better
