Tronco Tambopata Adventure

The experience was just amazing. Our guide Freddy new everything and took care of us for whole three days. The food was amazing. The whole group of the lodge was super kind and was gonna help you with anything you needed.

very cost bungalows with very comfortable beds inside and very comfortable hammocks outside, surrounded by beautiful garden of palms, flowers and amazing jungle a few steps far from the reception place. Many places can be explored with a very experienced guide Freddy (speaking Spanish and English) who knows all the animals, insects and trees from that area as he grown up there. Delicious food served, well prepared meals also for vegetarians. We spent really great time in El Tronco Tambopata Adventure (4 amazing days)

It has been a great experience for my family, especially for my teenagers. First of all, they are very accommodating from the get go. Unlike many travellers who are checking in and out in the morning, we arrive and leave in the evening. They customized the itineraries for us. Secondly, our guide Freddie is very friendly and knowledgeable. And he went above and beyond to find all kinds of animals for us. Last but not the least, the food is excellent. Each meal in the lodge is a 3-course meal with fresh juice.

Thank you so much for an incredible experience in the jungle! We had a great guide, Daniel, who looked after us constantly for three days. The food at the accommodation was great, especially the fresh juices we got for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I loved them. We saw almost all the animals - four species of monkeys, otters, butterflies, spiders, caimans and even an anaconda!! The accommodation is clean, quiet and in beautiful nature. We recommend it to everyone!

Jorge helped us to choose the activities and organise our time in Puerto Maldonado. We did Sandoval, sunset in tambopata and the sunrise to see the collpa. Every moment it was different and it was a beautiful experience. Our guide, Julio, was very helpful and patient to see animals, it was very good to learn about the place and the forest with him. On the last activity we had also a great guide, maestro, they called him, who was a lovely person who told us about the collpa and shared with us a little bit of his knowledge. Thank you for this lovely experience. I highly recommend Tronco for your activities if you are going to Puerto Maldonado. Bring binoculars, they will be useful.

Me encanto la experiencia que tuve en Tronco Tambopata. El personal a cargo es demasiado amable y siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento que uno puede tener y Julio, el guía a cargo de las actividades, es muy amigable, transmite mucha confianza compartiendo información valiosa de todo lo que se puede ver. Las actividades que brinda el lodge son muy buenas y permiten tener buenos recuerdos del viaje. La comida es muy rica, de buena sazón, pero podría mejorar si se considera incluir mas platillos propios de la región que es lo que muchas veces se busca probar y con ello hacer aun mejor la experiencia total del viajero sobre todo extranjero así como el chaufa que logré probar y estaba buenazo. Incluir Tacacho, patacones, pescado, cecina entre otros. Consideren también el incluir una visita a la ciudad, al mercado modelo que sería muy bonito. Excelente l atención de todos lo trabajan, siempre preocupados por todo loq necesitáramos y con muy buena disposición, todoMuy limpio. La comida muy rica. La idea de recuperación y ayuda a Los animales rescatados es un plus. Los animales aparecen libres por los jardines y se les puede apreciar

Nos alojamos en el Tronco Lodge y lo recomendamos. El alojamiento estaba limpio y era muy práctico. El personal era increíble, muy servicial y complaciente en todo momento. Las comidas cambiaban cada día y eran todas muy buenas. Es un pequeño paraíso en medio del bosque. También pudimos aprovechar las diversas actividades que se ofrecían con nuestro guía Julio. Las excursiones estaban muy bien supervisadas, con mucha información sobre la fauna, la flora y la cultura, ¡fue realmente interesante! Lo recomendamos al 1000%, fue un momento inolvidable.
