Kelta Hotel Puerto Iguazu

Everyone was nice in the hotel The communication was rough as nobody spoke English but I managed. :)

Espaço muito bacana. Bom café da manhã e preço bem equivalente. Localizado em bom lugar. Vale muito a pena. Atendimento ótimo.

O lugar tem muito potencial. A área de piscina é linda e a localidade é muito boa, a estrutura é muito legal, porém faltam cuidados básicos que acabam fazendo toda diferença. Manutenção básica deixa a desejar como por exemplo a banheira que tinha vazamento, molhando todo o chão do banheiro mesmo que utilizando apenas o chuveiro. As roupas de cama com manchas bem como as toalhas de rosto e banho. Wi-Fi com qualidade de velocidade deixando bastante a desejar sendo difícil até enviar mensagem de texto por whatsapp. Em alguns momentos há cheiro desagradável nos banheiros (quarto e social da recepção). Café da manhã é bem simples (simples meesmo) e com algumas regras que não fizeram muito sentido e até causaram um certo desconforto como por exemplo, eu e minha esposa não pudemos sentar na mesma mesa que a da minha mãe e meu padrasto, "por que estávamos em quartos separados". Os canais de TV a cabo ficavam caindo frequentemente (mesmo sem tempo fechado). Gostei da estadia porém, podem melhorar o serviço. (Acabei esquecendo de tirar foto, mas a fachada do hotel não é a mesma que estava nas fotos da descrição).

The place presents an ok value for money for those looking for a low-cost trip. The accommodations are simple, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired: the bath towels are dirty, with stains and the bathtubs are glued with silver tape. The breakfast is modest but sufficient. The service is ok, but the staff are not very organized, so if you want to consume something at the hotel, check the payment when checking out, as there may be double charges. It is a 15-minute walk from the bus station and 20 minutes from the center and food options (this is very important for those going to Puerto Iguazu, as most journeys need to be done on foot, as the city only has 4 drivers Uber and the taxi service are very expensive.

Well located, about a 5-10min walk from the main bus terminal. A bit further from the main "tourist" ***** but still convenient. The location is quiet, but the rooms themselves weren't. If there are people in the room next to yours, you will hear them very clearly. Staff were very nice, and spoke enough English to be able to communicate with each other and answer any questions I might have had. The pool, while small was quite a relief in the heat of the days there.

For the price the place as expected. Most important the room was clean and comfortable. The safe didn’t really work and be advised there is no cable, local tv only. The bathroom and room were comfortable, older but not yucky. The staff was ok. Helpful if needed but not warm and inviting. I would stay there again as a safe, clean place to be. I advise you to bring a towel. The towels were worse than the floor rags at home. Rough and on the small side. The breakfast was good as it was free. More continental style than hearty.

Nice pool area for relaxing. Excellent room air conditioner and very friendly staff.

The service was great, I felt very welcomed by the staff. They were lovely. Unfortunately my room wasn't clean. Stains at the sheets and towels.
