None of the staff are trained in hospitality Language a huge problem. Unlikely property that requires a serious overhaul. Cold breakfast. Nobody cares whether edible or not! Soiled towels! No drinking water provided. Pay, Pay, Pay! Even though a jungle lodge, basic amenities lacking...

Felt like we were sleeping in the jungle! Wonderful, clean lodging and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Short drive to Iguazu falls, downtown and the Brazilian border.

Very rustic feel, which is nice and different from big hotels. Reception are staff was great and service was nice. The only big downside was food in the local restaurant, service was extremely slow and food was bland and really underwhelming.

Loved this jungle lodge - it was more than I had hoped for and very close to the National Park which made it way more convenient to get to. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel in the middle of the forest. Large, clean room with Jacuzzi on the terrace. Exceptional breakfast and excellent restaurant. Unforgettable experience.

Incredible hotel located in a natural reserve. You are immersed in the jungle! The staff was extremely professional, helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
