De appartementen zijn prijs/kwaliteit. Ligging is top en zwembad is ook ok. Ontbijt was teleurstellend en ook het signaal van de WiFi was op onze kamer totaal niet sterk. Vlakbij wel heel wat leuke terrasjes en lekkere restaurants. Het strand was op wandelafstand en ook dat was super aangenaam.

This is 3rd time we have stayed here , but was really disappointed this time on the lack of cleaning . We only got fresh towels once in a week, room was never swept , nor moped. Bin in bathroom ,with dirty toilet roll in was never emptied. Bedding never changed , nor made. Balcony was disgusting with neighbours feeding pigeons. Pool definitely needs resurfacing. Only bonus is the location. Got fed up of having to ask for toilet roll .

Great apartments this is the second time we have stayed here and booked again for next March, rooms are clean and cleaned on a daily basis plenty of clean towels. Nothing is a problem For the staff. I asked for extra pillows they were in our apartment later. I asked about a fan, they loaned me a big desk type fan for free but don’t usually do that the lady said they can contact a company who will bring a rental fan for €21 a week. I would have just bought one to be fair. There is a hob a microwave a toaster and coffee machine in the apartment. Not many sockets but we take an extension and plug everything into it. There is a safe in the room for a small charge. A decent size TV but we never used it. There is a decent hairdryer in the bathroom. The shower is really good too. We stayed in D13 it had a lovely see view and a sunny balcony. Pool is chilly but ok once you’re in. There’s a happy hour at the bar 11-12pm and 5-6pm 2 drinks for the price of one. The best part you are literally round the corner to the ***** near Route 66 bar. Fantastic location. One of our favourite apartments and we will continue to return.

Booked as a cheap break last minute via jet2, didn't know what to expect with the mixed reviews, but 'Wow'. Check in was prompt and friendly. We were told we had a sea view, but expected a glimpse of the sea, but when we opened our curtains we were greeted with a full view of the sea in front of our eyes. The apartments themselves are clean and well equipped, but probably more suited to couples rather than larger parties. We asked for extra pillows which were given, only downside, as with most Spanish properties, not a double bed, but twins pushed together. The beds were comfortable and sleeping was not a problem. The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds and the bar/restaurant , very reasonably priced with happy hours for drinks and snacks. The location is fantastic set just behind the *****. Would stay here again if in PDC.

Excellent location very clear lovely staff I will be coming back really do not know what people going on about the appointment are lovely and clean first time going to Lanzarote but I can said I will be back I have booked from next year at the appointment Thank you

Fantastic we have been back 5 time and enjoy it more each time. Room very nice and cleaned to a high standard, Staff are very helpful. We stayed in D15 block 7 weeks and could not be more pleased. ( would not stay anywhere else in Lanzarote).....

Ideal location very close to the main ***** but quiet at night time. Was worried when I read some of the reviews but I feel anyone complaining hasn't factored in the price point. It is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect a 5 star experience, however it is well worth the money. Staff were friendly plenty of sunbeds at the pool, pool bar great value, rooms were clean and comfortable, they could do with a lick of paint or a bit of updating but that's a minor thing. It had everything we wanted for our week away at a great price we would go back.

Dreadful is one word we could use to describe these apartments (more appropriately cells), dog kennels (although I wouldn't have kennelled my dog in one) or hovels. Disgusting would be another. You get the message! The staff on reception were nice and offered 2 alternative apartments but both of these were as bad as the first one (one even had dried blood dripping down the leg of the coffee table in the living room area) so much so we made the decision not to stay and check out hours after checking in. The same reception staff didn't bat an eyelid and just took our keys and we left. Not even a "sorry" or a "goodbye". Perplexing to read reviews stating these "apartments" are nice and people have a good time at them. These folks acceptable standards for holiday accommodation must be particularly low. The resort itself isn't much better.

Having read some not so good reviews we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment was,it was clean and towels and bedding were changed regularly we were there for 10 days, the bar staff were friendly and the location is fantastic a few steps to all the bars and restaurants but still very quiet at night, we would not hesitate to stay again had a brilliant holiday.
