Located near to airport. Clean and modern hotel with good service. Hotel is directly facing the beach too. Easy access.

Mon séjour a été extrêmement reposant, les agents de l'accueil étaient disponibles et compétents (capables de parler en français), les agents du service de restauration et du bar également. Il était extrêmement plaisant d'être reconnu après seulement quelques jours (sauf par une ou deux personnes qui ne daignaient pas me dire bonjour, je pense à la serveuse Auri dont le comportement était selon moi problématique pour une serveuse et tranchait avec la sympathie de ses autres collègues). Les autres serveurs et serveuses étaient affables et soucieux de me servir au mieux.
Seul point négatif: le ménage n'était pas correctement fait dans la salle de bain ou de manière trop rapide (poussière sous le lit). Par ailleurs, l'heure du ménage était fluctuante. Je le comprends parfaitement au regard du nombre de chambres à nettoyer sur l'hôtel mais une heure trop précoce alors que j'étais en train de dormir (ou me préparais dans la salle de bain) n'est pas adéquate pour l'intimité et la tranquillité.
Je conseillerais néanmoins l'hipotels La Geria autour de moi, je ressens déjà les bienfaits de ce séjour !

Très bel établissement avec de très nombreuses activités à disposition. Des belles chambres bien équipées. Pour nous le seul bémol a été le buffet. Nous étions en formule demi-pension et la matin comme le soir, bien que le buffet soit très bien garnis la nourriture n’y est pas très bonne.
De plus un soir de la semaine nous nous sommes vu l’entrée refusée au restaurant sous couvert de notre tenue vestimentaire non adapté. C’était très désagréable d’autant plus que nous avons vu entrer des gens habillés en tenu de plage et de sport au même moment sans qu’aucune remarque ne leur soit fait. Nous étions simplement en short de ville et en robe simple pour Mme. La personne a l’entrée du restaurant a voulu faire du zèle ou a fait preuve de discrimination c’était vraiment le gros point noir du séjour. Pour le reste il s’agit d’un très bel hôtel avec de beaux équipements seul le buffet n’est pas terrible.

Very nice hotel.... staff were very good, polite etc, and nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel was very modern, and extremely clean, credit to the staff...
We stayed B&B, breakfast was exellent with plenty choice.
Room again was really nice, beds comfortable..
To be fair we have stayed in Hiphotels before, Mallorca... this hotel was on par with their high standards we experienced in the past.
So in short, great hotel... I would go back without a doubt..

The hotel and pool area are lovely and the staff were brilliant! Always happy to help with anything.
We had breakfast incl. Which was amazing! Lots of choice and always fresh.
The only negatives we had was the air conditioning in the room which wasn’t working well at all and considering the weather it was pretty warm. Also cracked tiles on the balcony floor. The rooms definitely need a little refurb.

hôtel très propre et très bien entretenu que ce soit le bâtiment, le jardin ou la piscine. Mobilier récent et lit confortable. Personnel très professionnel et personnes de l’accueil très aimables. Nourriture variée et de très bonne qualité. Environnement agréable.

Pas de boisson de bienvenue, pas de bouteille d'eau et plateau de courtoisie en chambre avec sachets de thé, café et infusion alors que cette prestation était fournie dans les 2 autres 4* fréquentés. Mobilier vieillissant, porte de chambre qui tape avec le vent et qu'il faut coincer avec un carton. Petit déjeuner dans salle fermée, comme en sous sol, très décevant car produits basiques. Nous avons connus des Hipotels beaucoup mieux placés en rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel peu chaleureux, dès l' entrée. Expérience décevante !

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Food and drink on the all inclusive was very good.
Great location to airport but not noisy and easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops.
The servicing of the rooms was not very good. The only bad thing. They are clean but did not clear empty glasses, replenish coffee facilities or the shampoo.

Hotel rooms were small but extremely clean. Towels and beds changed every other day but rooms cleaned daily. We had no air conditioning for approx 3 days due to a fault with it. They told us twice that it had been fixed but it actually needed a new motor. This affected the comfort of our stay greatly. We were offered to move rooms on day 3 but by this time the motor had been replaced. We were not offered complimentary drinks or food or any partial refund. Such a shame as everything else was ok.
Pool entertainment and kids club very good but had to search for times and details.
Rooms have kettles but no coffee cups or spoons and no complimentary tea or coffee. There was an empty mini bar and 3 glasses.
Bath and shower were both great. Balcony was very small, no space for a sunlounger.
