Excelente ubicacion. Muy buen servicio, pero la verdad eria ideal actualizar las instalaciones.

Nos han tratado estupendamente .. la habitación amplia y con una terraza estupenda.. hemos llevado un perrito y ha estado como en casa.. sin duda volveremos

I recently stayed at Catalonia Las Vegas and found the experience to be quite underwhelming. The hotel itself didn't offer anything particularly amazing, and there were several issues that negatively impacted my stay. Firstly, the elevators were of poor quality, often slow and unreliable. The rooms were just average, lacking any standout features or amenities. The food was also disappointing—there was limited variety, and I even encountered undercooked chicken on one occasion. One of the most disturbing aspects of my stay was being unable to use my balcony (that I had to pay more for) due to an older man pleasuring himself on his own balcony in a building across from the hotel every morning and evening, blatantly visible to other guests. This individual was also observed watching children at the pool, which was highly concerning. When I reported this situation to the hotel staff, their response was disappointing and ineffective. The only response I got was “sorry” They did not take adequate action to address this serious issue, which left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Catalonia Las Vegas. There are better options available that prioritize guest safety and comfort.

Excellent location, this hotel is lovely, clean and tidy, the restaurant has plenty of variations of food for breakfast and dinner, the staff are excellent and very polite and helpful nothing too much trouble, located on the sea front so excellent views from our room. happy hour 5-6pm bonus

Just back from this hotel we were there for four days after cruise this hotel is so central to everything on the coast with the atlantic waves rolling in hotel could do with revamp but the room we had on premier room basis was immaculate witn a veranda with a view to the waves rolling in room no 1009 couldnt fault it staff are great restaurant a bit hit and miss but bloody marys or champars for breaky cant be bad and peurto de la cruiz is a great place everything handy mcds chinese all types of places to eat and drink would highly reccomend hotel and place

Our third visit to the Catalonia, the staff and service was good as usual, however there were a few things not as good as our previous visits. I feel the interior of the hotel was tired and needed updating, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size with air conditioning, fridge and television (although for the first week of our 2 week stay we only and BBC world news which was very disappointing as my partner loves to watch certain programs in the evening. When we asked what the problem was they told us they were updating the system.) The bathroom although adequate, were old and tired it definitely need updating. The lifts were constantly out of use and we on many occasions had to wait a considerable while to obtain one. The food quality and choice had definitely deteriorated since our previous visits. In my opinion more geared to suit Spanish clients. 7 days out of our 14 day visit there was no English sausage at breakfast and a very repetitive evening meal menu. The evening entertainment program was poor - again more suited to the Spanish. However, the daytime entertainment staff were great and offered a wide choice of games. On a plus side, the location is excellent and although disappointed with certain aspects of our stay the Catalonia Las Vegas. I will hopefully return again.

I've spent a few days with my wife; the food is quite good, and they have a variety of everything. The entertainment team is lovely: Cheryl, May, Marcos, and Aaron. There are fun activities at all times, and they engage a lot with us, the guests. We will return, and I hope to see the same friendly staff again
