Ik zal niet terugkeren naar dit hotel of naar de BLUESEA-keten. Koop een all-inclusive en ze specificeren in geen enkele algemene voorwaarden op hun pagina wat het uitsluit, wat eigenlijk alles is.De koffie wordt geleverd door een automatische machine, aangezien de traditionele koffiezetapparaten u vertellen dat ze worden betaald en u kunt niet Neem een beetje Bayles carajito, want het is ook betaald en ze hebben geen ander alternatief voor roomlikeur of iets dergelijks. Alle zeer arme drankjes van het witte merk, om nog maar te zwijgen van de cocktails die allemaal in dozen zitten. (Merk op dat de obers de hemel hebben gewonnen met wat ze moeten verdragen van klachten van klanten) Het eten van het buffet was zielig in variëteit en kwaliteit, zoals het schoonmaken van de glazen, die een servetje moesten worden doorgegeven omdat ze walgelijk waren. We verbleven 10 dagen en het enige fruit dat beschikbaar was, waren bananen, appels en sinaasappels. Zeg ook dat de snackbar je hamburgers en hotdogs bezorgt zonder enige controle over de kleuterscholen waar mensen naartoe komen. Er waren maar heel weinig hangmatten voor de mensen daar, omdat we een aantal dagen hebben doorgebracht zonder er een te kunnen krijgen. Eerlijk gezegd, een vreselijke warme kamer voor een viersterrenhotel. IK BEVEEL HET NIET AAN. Ik ben naar andere ALL INCLUSIVES geweest en het is niets zoals dit. I am extremely upset with this hotel. We booked this hotel based off the amenities available. However, the amenities are rarely open. The pool is only open from 10:00-17:00 which leaves no time to go enjoy excursions and still enjoy the amenities. The mini golf is €10 and is only open for 4.5 hours a day (10:30-13:00 and 15:00-17:00). We were hoping to go enjoy the beaches/hiking/etc during the day and come back and relax around the hotel and enjoy swimming and playing mini golf. But we are not going to be able to enjoy that at all. I would not recommend. I would recommend booking somewhere else where the amenities are more available. I'd also like to add that when we arrived they said their parking lot was full. So we had to park a bit aways and walk to the hotel. This was extremely inconvenient for us as the parking nearby is extremely limited. Also, the food was not good at all. The only good option was the gravy covered turkey. The bread was hard and stale, the fries had been sitting a while, the pizza was way too salty and cold, matter of fact almost all of the hot options were cold so I'm not sure they are on heating trays. We expected more quality and options since we paid €25 per person (€75 total) for just the one dinner. The breakfast was not great either unfortunately. The shower was also covered in limescale with black mold spots along the bottom lining where the door slides. There's also a ton of scuffs and marks all of the walls in the room. I've included some pictures of both below. Additionally, the bedding was dirty we found out after lifting up the pillows. We asked the front desk to have the bedding replaced. Which they did come to replace that night but told us we couldn't have it replaced anymore after that because they didn't have anymore sheets that would fit the bed. The new sheets also had something red crusted on it and when we took the sheets off ourselves we found a ton of stains on the mattress protector. The front desk do not care about any issues and will argue with you and say that they don't need to have the amenities open in the evening just like how the restaurant doesn't need to be open 24/7. When I tried rebutting with people eat at certain times but people do amenities at random times he said it doesn't matter. Ultimately, we were never able to use the amenities even when we made it back to the hotel by 6pm because everything is closed by that time.

De structuur is een van de meest voordelige in de omgeving, maar heeft enkele kritieke punten, zoals de ontvangst die niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet. Bij aankomst in het hotel werden ons bijna geen diensten uitgelegd, we moesten zelf de bus zoeken naar het hotel die je naar het centrum brengt. Dit aan het einde van de vakantie toen we al meerdere keren voor openbare diensten hadden betaald. Bovendien worden alle ondersteunende diensten bij de all-inclusive niet eens goed uitgelegd: de snackruimte is bijvoorbeeld verborgen en is niet door de receptie aangegeven om deze verborgen te houden.

Het gratis buffet laat veel te wensen over, kwaliteit is niet een van de eisen. Verschrikkelijk fruit, teleurstellende drankjes, netheid van gerechten laat veel te wensen over. De verscheidenheid aan eten is acceptabel als het een dagmenu was, maar omdat het een buffet is, mis ik meer variatie. Alles inbegrepen tussen de maaltijden door, ook met weinig variatie qua eten (perritis en hamburgers met friet). Slechte kamer schoonmaken, het bed opmaken en handdoeken verschonen is alles wat ze doen. Over het algemeen en als persoonlijke mening zou ik het hotel niet herhalen als ik naar het eiland terugkeer.

1. Low number of parking spaces. Had to park our car far from hotel next to the main road. 2. Food absolutely horrible, I felt like I eating in homeless support area. 3. Room it self is ok'ish but we got one close to kitchen ventilation and we were feeling smell of old frying oil in our room even with closed balcony doors. 5. It's good because it was cheep, but I would not return here again no chance!

We are now enjoying our last night and are desperately looking for dates to return! The staff are lovely, happy and helpful. The facilities are top notch, including a gym and play park. we have been offered activities during the day such as shooting & bowels. The food got a tad repetitive but there was always something available that everyone liked and it was always very tasty! Great family pool and hot tub, and a variety of evening entertainment! I would have liked to see cocktails or mocktails included on the all inclusive and tea/coffee facilities available during tea time. But overall we have had a top notch time and can’t wait to return! 5* from us!

My and my family of 6 stay in this hotel great 7 days allinclusive . Hotel placed 25 min walk from ocean , whole island is one big mountin so remember that little walk is chalenge . Rooms clean everyday views just great from balcony , cleaning Staff and reception are more than happy to help with any issue . Food not the biggest choice but there was few star meals and freshly cooked . Bar Staff all with smile on their face . Absolute star is animation team with Maria and Eric who incaridge games dances durring a day and every night different Type of party , they done great job with moving people of the sits .
