Chambre 4ème étage, vu sur le teide, un peut bruyant ce côté, hôtel mal isolé, double chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner énormément de choix , pour le dîner satisfaisant, les employés sont très sympathiques.

Het was grandioos, na 3 jaar eindelijk weer thuis! Thuis, dat gevoel krijgt men als je na deze lange periode, een warm welkom krijgt, het personeel van het hotel heeft er ook alles aan gedaan, om het voor ons gezellig en leuk te maken. Na het uitstappen heb ik de grond gekust! Zo blij om in deze mooie bestemming te zijn! Dan het hotel zelf, mooi gelegen op een heuvel, aan de rand van puerto de la cruz, heerlijk rustig. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel ingericht badkamer en douche, met toilet, dan een ruime woonkamer met keuken en koelkast. Dan de eetgelegenheid, mooi en proper, ruim voldoende aanbod van voedsel, voor elk wat wils,voor jong en oud! Dan het buitengebeuren, op de begane grond, is een kikkerbadje, en een ruim zwembad met ligstoelen omgeven. De tuin is ook zeer mooi,dankzij de inzet van de tuinmannen. Dan is er ook nog een eetgelegenheid naast het zwembad, dan een een stuk hoger ligt nog een zwembad waar men zich ook kan uitleven en genieten van het mooie uitzicht. Dan is er ook nog een bar,waar je ook heerlijk kunt vertoeven! Verder is het mogelijk om diverse keren per dag, met de shuttlebus naar het centrum te gaan, en dan van daar uit, na een mooie rit door de stad met een treintje, naar het Loroparkt te gaan,hetgeen zeer zeker een aanrader is!

I went to this hotel in March with me and my boys. The worst experience I’ve ever this hotel is up on top of a cliff you don’t get any sun. The only thing you get is clouds and rain very bad a**osphere. Definitely not the place for kids or yourself unless you want to come here to do some hiking except from that I definitely would not visit again so bad I had to go hire a car Food was the only good thing about it and the staff please do not come to this hotel. It is nothing but a waste of money.

At first a little bit wary but soon put to ease by the staff.great food breathtaking views. Rooms excellent. A special shout out to Jennifer, Thomas and Raphael. Would go again. Three English locos. All inclusive a little bit confusing should be clearer what is and what is not.

We visited with friends who have stayed before, they recommended Red Level to us, which is five star trea**ent with lots of added benefits, it's fairly costly to upgrade to but we thought it worth it. Great staff and service, wonderful food, fantastic pools.

We spent 6 lovely days at the Hotel Las Aguilas Tenerife. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff here are very friendly and speak several languages. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and clean. We went all inclusive and the variety of foods available at meal times was wide, catering for all needs and preferences. There is a free bus which takes you down into Puerto de la Cruz and back if you want to walk along the beautiful harbour and coast, or see the town. There is evening entertainment every night in a comfortable bar. There is a separate pool area for those over 14 if you prefer a more peaceful time by the pool. The main pool is very clean and lifeguarded the whole time it is open. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay with the family. We chose the 2 bedroom suite on 5th floor with sea views. So spacious - had everything we needed. The kitchen area wasn't required as the food in the buffet restaurant was always stocked! Two pools were perfect for a refreshing (slightly chilly) dip. The snack bar/Italian Bistro had drinks and quick snacks all day. Tge free shuttle bus down to Puerto da la Cruz was handy and the town was worth a quick wander. Hotel looks extremely grand and was perfect for our short stay. Just searching for our return trip...

Very friendly team in the Italian restaurant Alberto, Rayeo and Domingo made Valentines night really fun. We had a lovely relaxed family meal. Food was really good. We all enjoyed the food. I noticed they separated the family tables and the couple tables which was very considerate to the couples.
