Check-in was very quick and easy and the staff was remarkable. The room is very clean, but it looks like there is a little bit of repair that needs done on carpeting and possibly spots on the wallpaper that need fixing but it was clean and very nice and quiet.

No hot water for shower. Shower was only luke warm. The oat meal was not fully cooked nor was it hot for breakfast. I have had better experiences at this site in the past.

Hotel is beautiful but the night staff while checking in was lazy and rude the morning gal was a sweetheart though! The breakfast had no gluten free options which was very disappointing all carbs no protein to fuel your day.
The hotel itself is nice and very clean in a safe area with very comfortable beds.

It was terrible. The lobby looked clean and nice but the room was so dirty and gross. There was food all over all the counters. Hair in the bed. Crap all over the walls. Big soap spots all over the shower and tub. When the heater came on it made the loudest noises.it sounded like someone had but shoes in a dryer. We had to turn it off and freeze all night just to get a little sleep. When i went to the front desk to talk to someone about it. There was never anyone there. Even at checkout, just a note leave keys here.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. One day they had eggs and bacon, as well as all the normal fare of waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, etc. The next day was biscuits and gravy with all the other things the same. The only complaint I have at all is that the beds were not as comfortable as I like, but I still slept fairly well. It was nice and quiet and close to a Denny's and a Walmart and BYU.

Safe hotel. Good beds. Perfect location. Breakfast was huge although not too many meats. Indoor pool was fun. Hot tub water was a bit discolored.

We came up for a basketball game at BYU. It was very close to the venue. dWe enjoyed use of the fitness equipment. The breakfast was easy and plenty to choose from. Everything worked in the room. Plenty of plugs for charging.

Easy check in. Clean rooms. No smoking hotel so that was nice. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
